Great music and decent food would likely earn a rating of 6 or 7 out of 10. While the good drinks and music create a fun atmosphere, the overall experience is shaped by the vibe, service, and consistency. If those elements are strong, it could push the rating higher, but the "decent" food keeps it from being a standout.it’s still a “must” whenever I am in New York.

Food was awesome! Ordered egg rolls, chicken tenders, and hurricane chicken. Everything was hot coming g out and service was amazing, thanks Christine. If you didn't like it here, order arum punch. Everything will be better.

Drink was ok but take 18% tip on 2 drinks as service charge fkg robery, 2 people no food service but make a drinks $3.50 per drink WFK and yes fix TV looks like real Jamaican shock but not in NY in Jamaica where are drinks $3 not $18

Firstly, the food was okay. The fries were okay. Unmemorable food. The waitress did not tell us tip was already included. So we paid extra tip.

Regrettably just wasted my time at this establishment. Waited nearly 30 minutes and had to ask about our drinks 3x. Once to the hostess and twice to servers as the food started coming out before the drinks. The hostess was not seen again until time to pay the bill. Utensils weren’t placed on the table and when they finally came around to give condiments there were a few plastic forks in the carousel with the ketchup.. Hostess was God awful and the food was just as awful as the service received or lack there of. Ordered jerk chicken and asked the hostess what type of meat is served. White or dark? she couldn’t answer. I assumed she didn’t understand what I was asking. Perhaps maybe a language barrier and so I asked if it was white meat in Spanish. She still didn’t understand my question. I left it alone and continued with my order. She was completely clueless the entire time and couldnt answer any questions regarding the menu. Food came and the rice is definitely boxed. There’s no way they considered this meal Jamaican jerk chicken. The meal was insulting and I left my plate nearly untouched. Fries were bland. From freezer to fryer and the burger was unseasoned. They just slapped the patty on the grill and served on a bun. Meal was reminiscent to school lunch. My drink was garbage too. The vibe wasn’t even giving anything Caribbean. I’m shocked at all the positive reviews and very upset they add gratuity automatically to the bill, meanwhile my hostess was no where to be found the entire time. Will never catch me there again.

My pasta was not all that great,,but the drinks & the vibes, was immaculate ? ? ? me & my cousin was in new York for the weekend n "the mile" was suchhh a vibe but HARRYS MUSIC is what caught our attention.
