IHOP is one of my favorite restaurants. The manager at the Freeport, NY IHOP asked me if I was a senior citizen, which I confirmed. I appreciated her asking me this, because I never think about asking about senior discounts (my age is 71). Over $9 was taken off my original bill. 😊

Horrible experience honestly. The hospitality sucks there. I went there just to get pancakes and the waitresses there don’t acknowledge you Lol. Poor service no amicability. I don’t even eat out at all. But when I do I like to be treated with good service because I tip very good. Never again. I prefer to go to the IHOP in Levittown.

Freeport IHOP server Adamary R personality is Unapproachable to serve, she never asked if everything was all right I needed more napkins, I asked for water, when I was ready to pay my check to cashier , she approached me to do it on hand computer she carried around reading carefully she added 20%tip without asking immediately I refused to give her 20% for nasty disposition!!!! I can only imagine how many customers she scammed to get more money Please read carefully when you’re paying your check don’t allow the cashier to put the tip amount!! I will never go to Freeport IHOP this employee needs to be Terminated she isn’t trustworthy!!!

Our first time at this location. Their wait time on Sunday was quickly managed at 10 am. The food was hot and tasted great. I would definitely recommend to try them.
