This is my go-to spot. Foods always good, extremely neat, and quick when I order online. I've got nothing but good things to say about this location, I mean sometimes the sweet tea is finished lol 😂 but I'll deal with it.
We enjoy dropping by Mikes for a quick dinner. We like tbe option of the.no bread bowls and also the gluten free roll choice. Everything is cut fresh and the veggies are crispy. I just wish they had more of a variety. Cucumbers would be nice.

The grill for hot subs is open until closing unlike another location I’ve been to in oceanside. Pastrami sandwich was delicious. They even gave me chipotle on the side. Clean eating area & bathroom.

I don't care that this isn't for the store level, but I have had the absolute WORST experience just trying to order one measly lunch! We received coupons at work that then required you to create an account and the online portal would not let me sign into my new account and then locked me out claiming that I now need an app. ALL this set up just to get an app on my phone is heinous. Then after reloading my 11 person team's order into the app, the coupon code says expired despite being clearly printed as "Offer expires 12/31/24". I know corporations love to feed off of scam tactics to get you hooked and keep your information but this was a whole new low. I've never seen or experienced anything more frustrating than this whole unnecessary process built from nothing but greed. I hate Jersey Mike's with my whole being, and I still haven't even had any of it.

My first time in any Jersey Mike's. I found the staff friendly, accommodating to my food allergy concerns, location was clean and tidy, food was fresh and delicious. I will be back and recommend this location.
My first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs at 51 E Merrick Rd was unfortunately less than satisfactory. I was looking forward to trying their highly regarded sandwiches, but the experience left much to be desired.
When I approached the counter to order, the Crew Member offered me a sandwich that had been premade for a previous customer. While I understand that it might have been a way to speed up service, I was disappointed that I wasn’t being given a fresh sandwich made specifically for me. After politely declining the premade sandwich and requesting a fresh one, the Crew Member’s demeanor noticeably changed. He seemed irritated by my request, and the rest of the sandwich-making process was marked by a visible attitude.
I was simply looking for a fresh sandwich made to my specifications, not something prepared for someone else. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, and the experience didn’t live up to the positive reputation that Jersey Mike's is known for.
In summary, my first time at this Jersey Mike's location was a disappointment. While the food itself may be good, the service I received detracted from the overall experience. Customer service should be a priority, especially when it comes to something as simple as making a fresh sandwich to order.

They are a bunch of 10-year-olds working there. They constantly make the wrong order. You have to wait over 15 minutes for any order. Their constantly talking to each other and not working. Based on my repeated experience at this location I am never going back to Jersey Mike's ever
