Punto Rojo Bakery Freeport 3

So there’s multiple punto rojos but this one is the worst. They have really good empanadas especially with the red sauce they give you BUT!!!! Every bite I took had a crunch, eggshell to be specific like why am I crunch down and almost breaking teeth while I’m eating a beef empanada. Total mood killer. Their pan de bono is good, and their cholada are alright too. But if you go to the punto rojo en Uniondale they add bananas, passion fruit, and much more fruits than this place. Here they just give like 2/3 fruits max with a cherry. Definitely skip this place and just take the trip to Uniondale. I went here bc it’s closer and never again.

Came here after my favorite oxtail was sold out. However, I did not find anything enticing.

So I settled for a corn tamales with cheese instead. This turned out really good and a bargain at $3.25.

The space is spacious and many cakes and pastries are on display. I think as a restaurant the prices are a bit high for the area. But a good choice for bakery items.

They always mess up my order they gave me beans instead of chicken soup, before this they gave me a small portion of meet…. The place always have this weird smell —- no going back any more.

My opinion of this place is very good. I was there for their 'Pan de Bono' which is absolutely amazing and they served them to me fresh out of the oven. Do not leave without trying them. It's a cheese bread bun. While we were there we picked up a variety of things and had her put it in the box. They had such a good looking variety of different pastries that we had to just try a bunch. I also heard they have great dinners there for a bakery. So now we have a new favorite South American spot.

Because if they close at 9 they didn't want to serve us? We passed at 8:4 pm the door was open and we entered, and when we were already inside the premises they told us that they had already closed and they could not serve us. Very bad attention. How hard is it to sell a loaf of bread?

Uno dos Tres Leches!!! It was good not as moist & wet as I like it but it was still yummy!!!

I had a great breakfast sandwich here! It was delicious! I would definitely go back if I'm back out here.

PLEASE READ THE END: AUTHENTIC COLOMBIAN FOOD... The staff is AMAZING quick and really hard working (I spent 3 hours today and they never stop for a minute). They are the most FRIENDLY & NICE people I have met in Nassau COUNTY (Besides my friends) and they definitely give all their best to make me feel at home (I have never been so close to home when I am here... Thanks for my Chocolatinas JET... I HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT NAYELLY)... I love every little detail in these restaurant (The. I lost my bet @DianaAPatriciaLoaiza. Choclitos and Condensed Milk are not bad. I have only been there a couple of times (I wish I could live in this place 😅😅😅) I don't wanna eat all those candies but I'll find someone that likes them as much as I did... NAYELLY ojalá tu jefe te de un aumento de sueldo o una gran promoción. Mereces todo lo bonito de esta vida, y tu amiga Dominicana me sacaron muchas sonrisas GRATIS en un día tan GRIS en este Invierno "NewYorkino". Les deseo muchos años más de prosperidad. In the morning they serve despotic staff and they don't give you proper creams with the empanada, it seems like you were bothering them by ordering, their attitude is disastrous.
