Excellent food
Good atmosphere
The waitress who served us was a very beautiful person.
The only problem was the bathrooms, they were dirty, I don't know if they are like this all the time, just my opinion from the day I visited.

Hi. Tonight was my stepdads birthday it was 8 of us in total. let’s start with the 30 minutes it took to get acknowledged after two attempts to flag someone down to seat us even when we had called prior and made our reservation. then an hour into dinner service we had still no drink menu no appetizers nothing. Following with service from a server who did not seem to care about us and even spilled a drink on my little sister. I understand accidents happen but the server did not even say sorry she just walked away. The food was dry and 3/8 orders were wrong. Not to mention 5 of us ordered steak and we had not 1 steak knife. The server walked away multiple times mid order and never cared to check up on us. It’s upsetting when you see your server taking selfies but not coming to check on a table. Worst night ever. I’m disappointed and disgusted.

The atmosphere is very good! It's relaxing depending on the time you go! I had the experience of trying their food which is not bad, but something I must highlight and a call to the management and all the staff is that they could change the silverware, seriously a knife all burned in the kitchen, seriously nobody notices those little details, which totally changed my experience of having a good time! Totally unacceptable that they give this type of mediocre service and with such a lack of respect.

I do not recommend this place if you do not want to eat with burnt cutlery and I will leave it in another language maybe then you can see this very important comment!

There's salsa was great and spicy. We got there at about 3:30 and we're one of the only people in the entire area just before the dinner rush. The place really packed out by time we finally left at 5:00. I would love to say we got service but it was terrible from beginning to end. The appetizer was good neither one of us could either meal it was greasy it tasted sour something was off so we did not eat it. My friend loved her drink. I was designated so I can't review on that. We wanted dessert and more drinks but after waiting about 25 minutes for them to come back we finally waved someone down to ask for the check. In the more than hour and a half we were there if we saw the waitress three times it was a lot. We had to flag them down to get silverware we had to flag them down to clear appetizer dishes we had to flag them down for water refills. Trying to get their attention to get the dessert menu in the first place was a nightmare and we never saw them again until we went to leave and begged for a check to pay. It could be we were one of the only Caucasian people in the entire restaurant and they wanted nothing to do with us. The food was sour the food was greasy the food was nasty the service was terrible. Going to the main street find something better unless you're staying at the hotel and just want to get inebriated

Do not recommend coming here. This use to be a place I would come to a lot and the last two times have been disappointing. First, service is slow, waiters are usually hiding in a corner, meanwhile, customers are waiting around for ANYONE to pass by. Second, it was a long wait for food and the price for the food portion was not worth it (I finished my rice in 4 bites, the plate was mostly lettuce) The only plus is the musicians they are great….. unfortunately will not be coming here anymore.

We hosted a Fiesta themed Bridal Shower at Margarita’s Cafe in Freeport. Every aspect was fun and festive. From Ivan the manager, who helped us to coordinate all the details, to Reynaldo and Manuela, our server team who handled every aspect of our event day. They smiled all day and checked in with me at every significant point of the event to see if all was going well. (Which it was.) The food was delicious! All the guests were happy the whole time. The pacing of the event was nice and relaxed, not rushed at all. The parking is convenient, and there is even a hotel right next door for traveling guest. We highly recommend this place for family and friend events.

Portion where much smaller than the last time o visited this restaurants. The nacho appetizer was made for 1 person. The Calamari was greasy and rubbery. For a table of 8 they brought out a plastic take out cup of salsa, when we asked for more it was as if the cost was coming out the persons salary. Overall very disappointing. The bathrooms were dirty, the indoor out doo green carpet has seen a better day, live band playing music so loud you could not hold a conversation made the whole experience unappealing. Have to take this one off the list of places to go.

Went to have dinner on a Sunday evening was disappointed with the food, we ordered paella and it was not cooked enough rice was very hard, and salty. Couldn’t finish it. The only nice thing from the evening was the live music and the guy that was cleaning the tables was the most friendly person out of the whole staff

Not accommodating at all, chunky blended drinks, par boiled rice, spoiled sour cream. Never again. Total waste of money.
