This location is seriously one of the slowest, worst, and most annoying McDonald’s to order from. They need to get rid of whoever’s behind that counter. They are lazy as hell. Why am I waiting an almost an hour for one meal that takes less than 10 minutes to make. In store is even worse. Do better.

Bad idea to go on the drive thru, they do not understand English, you order something they either give you something different or something extra that you never order,when you ask them to correct the order they still charge you for their mistake. I just can't stand this place.

The service inside this McDonald’s is awful. There are soo many people in the kitchen but no one capable of taking orders. There is never someone at the front ready to receive the customer. They are always blasting music. And apart from that i walked in one day around 3pm and i see a staff member with poles blocking the dining area Standing there like if she is a body guard just because at that time kids are coming out of school, i feel that is a very stupid thing to do. Closed the dining area just because kids are coming in to spend THEIR MONEY and wanting to eat inside with their friends. This McDonald’s needs new staff. Do Better McDonald’s

Staff and employees were unwilling to do their jobs, and gave a lot of attitude and sass while rolling their eyes. Made us feel unwelcome, and we finished our meals to get out of there as soon as possible. Would not recommend for a meet-up spot, or dine-in.

They messed up my order twice . I ordered a steak egg cheese bagel Meal, one bacon egg and cheese , hash brown and one sausage McMuffin. Also they never gave me the receipt . I get home and I have a ham egg and cheese instead of the steak egg and cheese . So I go back to the resturant and try to explain this to them . They act completely lost and clueless and some employee even roll their eyes at me like I MESSED up my order . After wasting 20 min standing around they take my old order for my nephew ( the bacon egg and cheese / sausage egg and cheese ) they keep that order and hand me two steak egg cheese bagels and a sausage burrito and 1 hashbrown . I was the only customer in line when my order was messed up. I will be contacting mcdonald support over and over again this is pathetic . No customer service at all

This is my second time ordering from this location the food came Out fine thank god but the service was absolutely horrid. The lady taking our order was rude and had a bad attitude. Our second experience was mobile pickup, I had placed my order around 10:50-55 my food didn’t come out until 11:43 . Will not ever order here again.

It was convenient right off Merrick Rd. The staff was friendly and polite. The area was clean, I did, however, feel like my sneakers had no grip in the sitting area and restroom. And the only complaint I have is that I asked for a coke and got cherry coke, blah!

You had 1 job. To put cheese on a happy meal burger and for the SECOND TIME in a row that they didn't put cheese. I can call and complain as I did last time but that didn't matter. Obviously it do anything and I don't want to have to return there when my lunch is only an hour
