I visited this place, and first of all, they only accept cash, which was inconvenient. I ordered chicken wings, pork fried rice, and wings with fries.

The food was terrible. The rice was overly dark, the onions were old and hard, and everything had a strange smell. The chicken seemed like it had been reheated from a previous day – it was soggy, looked unappetizing, and tasted stale. Even the fries were disappointing, tasting old and poorly made, while the wings were outright disgusting.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They’re serving food that’s clearly past its prime. Stay away from this spot – the food is old, nasty, and not worth your money.

This place has just gone down the drain. It’s practically dog food. Sometimes it’s undercooked or overcooked no taste or stale. The prices have gone up and for what ? It’s just terrible these people do not care about the community they serve. Need to run these businesses out of the neighborhood.

My first time at New China Express and I must say I am very pleased with the service and the food. The roast pork egg foo young was delicious. I love the dark brown gravy!

New ownership. We like the old family much better. Their cooks were on point constantly. The new people are not consistent. The food before was much better, and they didn't charge extra for my extra cut-up vegetables.

Parking: Two spots in front, otherwise you have to park somewhere on the street and walk. It's next door to a church so at times it's a bit difficult

Small, family owned. Cash only, better suited for take out.

Been going here since I was a kid 20 plus years. Was highly disappointed recently when picking up my call in order to see the male counter person take garbage to the dumpster, lift and close the lid then return to pack my food without washing his hands. If I wasn’t parked in the driveway between the restaurant and church I would not have noticed. As the young man was returning from taking out the garbage I entered the front and had clear visual of him returning to the counter. Naturally I rejected the order. This experience has caused me to never even consider eating Chinese food again. I have had worse experiences at other places, but did not expect this from a restaurant that I trusted. Have more respect for the people in my community that allow you to make a living here.
