In Nov of 2022, I had the most AMAZING gluten-free bagels I’ve ever tasted! At first, I was afraid they had given me regular bagels! They’re THAT good! I live in Kentucky and have been DREAMING of those bagels ever since I ate the last one!

70 dollars worth of food, and charged $10 more for adding only cream cheese on a bagel, called the place and their were really rude and not helpful at all. Refused to cancel order and will still charge us after canceling

My family and I order from this place every week, UberEats sent me the wrong order and would not give me a refund or a reorder. Pantanos ended up delivering my order personally even though they did not have to, great service and great staff!!! Will be ordering directly from them only!

Originally I gave a 5 star review. I loved this place. BUT consistency is the key. The veggie cream cheese was really good the 1st couple of times. The last order it wasnt very good. Way to much scallion..making it scallion cream cheese. Gross. Secondly I asked for Pumpernickel bagels and received whole wheat. Honest mistake? Maybe but a doordash order is printed right in front of you. Not to mention pumpernickel are almost black and wheat are brown. So we are not strong on reading and are color blind? Also..(on DD app) how come when ordering a single bagel I cant find a sesame bagel only wheat sesame. Anyway even with these complaints I will order again BUT everytime there is an error or quality issue I will take a star. As I have no other recourse.
WORMS!! I ordered loxs and tomato on a bagel from this place and half way thru the sandwich I found a WORM in the salmon. When I contacted them about it they called me a LIAR. They would not take responsibility for what they did and to date have not apologized or offered to make it right. Needless to say we will NEVER order from this establishment again. **Update** I have added more pics to prove that my claim is real. Still no apology from them.
