Oh my gosh ā Platinum Cuisine is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. I had the oxtails with peas and rice and gravy, and it was so good that I ordered extra food to take home ā including the mac and cheese and fried calamari, which were both fantastic. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the rum punch is now my favorite drink. Iāll definitely be coming back!

The ambiance of the place is really nice i haven't been upstairs yet but everything was really nice n clean. The service was exceptional and food was absolutely delicious. A good day or night time place for a vibe on the mile. Good music good food good staff. Had a wonderful time and def will be back sooner then later.

Wish I could give it a thousand stars! Exceptional service by not only the servers but even the bartenders! The vibes are immaculate here as well from the dj to the managers creating such a welcoming environment.
We had an AWFUL time yesterday. We were greeted and sat where we wanted but the service took FOREVER. We waited an hour for food. Over half hour for 2 frozen margaritas. The hookah took over an hour as well to come. I asked for water and never got it but the servers kept passing our table! $143 bill for nothing! We asked twice in between time about food and drinks and we kept being told it was coming in 5 mins. We did not have fun which is upsetting for our 1st time at the mile. Funny because we were the only Hispanics at the establishment at the time too. Smfh will never go back again.
And since I canāt respond to them responding to me. Iām glad you remembered me and I still stand on what I said. Donāt make it right weāre good. We wouldnāt go there if we were paid. You offer to redeem yourself but leave no information. Iām entitled to my opinion and that was my honest experience. And drinks did not come out in 5 minutes, if youāre going to lie at least make it believable smh

I had a great experience dining at platinum cuisine the drinks were amazing the music selection was very diverse while dining the servers were very attentive appetizers were served within 10 minutes the fried calamari was amazing the oxtails were tender and delicious also the lamb chops were savory and also very delicious complements to the chef I will definitely be returning and I will also recommend this place to my friends and family because of their hospitality great atmosphere and delicious food!!!
