When visiting Long Island, we knew we wanted to have "real" NY Pizza without going into the depths of NYC. Raimo's was delicious! Has the trustworthy vibes of your established & friendly neighborhood pizza joint. We took the food to go, their wait was a little longer than they said it would be on the phone, but we enjoyed the pizza so thoroughly we didn't end up caring! We kept it simple with just a basic pepperoni pie, but they have plenty of toppings for anyone who wants more!!

Incredibly rude to children. Took my daughter and her friend here to grab lunch and they are joking and laughing as kids do. Guy behind the counter was rude to them and kept staring at them like they are going to steal something. In the few minutes we were there the dirty look was constant. You are a pizzeria not some 5 star restaurant get over yourself. I have no problem asking them to lower their voice, but to do it rudley and then to continue to give them a dirty look to 12 years old girls. You should be embarrassed. If you are looking for pizza, Italian food or a quick bite I would encourage you not patronize this place in Freeport. Don't be fooled by the high review score. Looking at some reviews it seems this place used to be good, but have gone down hill and seen other reviews about their rudeness. For a pizzeria in Freeport you would think they would be welcoming to families and kids. I did not order as I was disgusted with the look for this man and we walked out and even then he continued to shoot his dirty look. Will never visit this pizzeria in Freeport ever again!

Best pizza place EVER. By far my favorite. Every other pizza place I go to gets compared to this one, and Raimos always comes out on top. Their food is amazing, for both pizzeria and restaurant menus.

Hands down THE ABSOLUTE BEST regular cheese slice on LI that I've had thus far. If you like one of those paper ultra thin crunchy (Borderline burned) slices this is NOT the place for you. But if you just enjoy a good ol' fashion regular cheese slice with some weight and thickness (not overly) to it and simply expect pizza to be consistently great 98% of the time. . . This is your place!!! The slices here are simply Phenomenal! Note: I don't come here for pasta or anything else, but Pizza. The regular Slices are where it's at!!!

The penne alla vodka here used to be amazing, the best around but just ordering a full meal of penne alla vodka as well as the hot antipasto appetizer and it is completely tasteless. Nothing as flavor. So disappointed in the amount of money spent. Also got a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was undercooked. Wish I could've gotten refunded because total waste of money.
