It's not here
Barnstable, young large dark skinned girl, took her time yapping with her friend a customer to make a green tea matcha. My daughter was on the line trying to order a cookie. My daughter was on the line when I was checking out my groceries at the target, as the starbucks is inside the target location. I joined her and 10 minutes of waiting later she was still yapping but side eyeing the line. Finally after making her friend her drink, she takes off her starbucks bib, and says she must take her lunch at a specific time and she could not take further customers. It's myself my daughter and 3 other people behind me. She shrugged it off when I asked her why she didn't say anything before. She made us wait on line anyway. She said someone else would be there in 10 min and left. Useless employee with horrible customer service who can't keep her personal life separate from her job. Should be fired.

Drive up took so long I actually shut my car off! Worse part a latte didn’t even taste right…. So disappointed

This Starbucks is normally fast but Saturday I went in they had a line, waited for 10 mins in the line to place order ; “no problem” finally placed the order & there is orders ahead of me “no problem” I’m still being patient because I can clearly see others ahead of me. Finally I see my order is being made (two venti caramel ribbon crunch almond milk xtra caramel drizzle) still being patient after now waiting 25 mins for these two drinks. I see that the employee made my two drinks and all that’s missing is my ribbon crunch. The employee left my two drinks to skip me to service the employees of target. All that’s missing from my drink was the ribbon crunch; had the employee simply just finish my drink and gave it to me, maybe he wouldn’t have spilled it. So now I’m spending 30 mins in target at Starbucks for two drinks. The drink spilled, he did not make a new one he blended ice and coffee and mixed it with the old drink, from the pictures I posted both drinks are untouched and I now spent over 35 mins in Starbucks for my drinks & they are not even the “SAME SIZE” and they definitely “DID NOT TASTE THE SAME.” One of my drinks definitely missing ingredients, my boyfriend and I even took the lid off to try and mix them together when we got to the car & I shouldn’t have to do that. Even after he remade the drink the ribbon crunch is still missing. At that point I’m annoyed; Im telling them I ordered two venti caramel ribbon crunch, he's asking the cashier what’s the drink order? she didn’t put what drink it is on the cup; “LABELED INCORRECTLY” & you made two drinks and had no clue which type of drink it was??? After I spent 35 mins now in Starbucks, got skipped, drink not labeled correctly you would think my drink had preference on being made the right way. Spending over 15 bucks on two drinks I would like it to be made the correct way that’s all & that’s not what I received.I received two drinks and one was filled with whip cream to make up for missing space. I was skipped, other drinks and people took priority over my drink order which caused it to spill & lastly when you spill something remake it & START FROM SCRATCH!

I unfortunately didn't get the name of the gentleman who served me, but he was so friendly and personable! Kind of wanted to stay and chat with him rather than going back to work. Thank you sir for making my afternoon!
This is by far the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to! The baristas are not well trained. Customer service is also trash. They got my drink wrong three time! The third time around I felt so bad for the guy, I just let it go and left.
