Just wanted to give a shout-out to Andrew, the Coffee Master at this location (or, on shift during my visit). He kindly allowed me to change my mind from a food item to a drink (don't worry, no wastage!) and helped me settle on an iced vanilla cold brew.
The drink was delicious and just what was needed, and I appreciated his patience as I'm not a Starbucks regular. His top-notch service made me feel welcome and does make me want to come back soon!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Strawberry refresher light ice no lemonade Venti size at the Starbucks location at 7:52pm. Upon arrival to collect my drink, I found that it was not filled to the proper level. The barista, a black gentleman with dreadlocks, seemed to have an attitude, which deterred me from addressing the issue. I paid $6.14 for a half-filled cup, which fell short of my expectations. As a frequent customer, I was not satisfied with the value I received. This experience prompted me to share my feedback, which I do not typically do.

It's hit or miss here. Sometimes I come in right after ordering and my drink is ready. Other times I ordered 10 min ago and still find myself waiting . Long island starbucks just dont have the hustle that we do in BK and the city. Staff is friendly, rest of my place looks nice
I went there today to place an order 7:05 am 5/23/25 and two Hispanic younger people were there. They didn't greet me and they didn't seem happy. After other people walked in they greeted other people. I didn't feel the welcome and maybe people who are happy should work and that have customer experience.

This is my every day Starbucks location. Josh always makes my sister and i the best drinks. Evidently made with love. Even when I come in at 8:45 right before closing he is an absolute sweetheart. Give him a raise or something! Haha

Since they changed the menu I have no idea what is order. I was frustrated and the barista Josh heard me. He told me I will take care of you Miss Connie. Then the magic happened. The most amazing Cold coffee ever! It has cinnamon and vanilla with a cold foam on top. Not sure of the rest but I have been going everyday since. Josh love's what he does and is a people pleaser. Can't wait to see my friend again.
