I usually don’t have issues with Starbucks customer service but there’s a whole shift where the staff is disgusting. Also you guys need to fire that Jocelyn lady, her attitude stinks for someone who can’t make drinks correctly.

Two identical drinks, same order, same customizations, yet one cup was clearly missing a large amount of liquid.
I’m not here to pay for a Venti and receive a Grande.
The explanation kept changing: different baristas, ice level, milk amount, even though both drinks were ordered light ice and included milk (oat milk, whole milk, and cream). Instead of fixing the issue, I was told I should order a latte next time if I wanted more milk.
Mistakes happen, but blaming the customer’s order? The dismissive attitude made the experience worse than the mistake itself.
Starbucks should ensure better training and professionalism. HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY PLEASE.

Consistently one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. I regularly have had to wait an exceedingly long time for simple drinks.
Today, it took 12! minutes for a Venti Hot coffee. I had to ask 3 times before I was served. Even mobile ordering can take 2-3 times longer than the estimate.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Andrew, the Coffee Master at this location (or, on shift during my visit). He kindly allowed me to change my mind from a food item to a drink (don't worry, no wastage!) and helped me settle on an iced vanilla cold brew.
The drink was delicious and just what was needed, and I appreciated his patience as I'm not a Starbucks regular. His top-notch service made me feel welcome and does make me want to come back soon!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a Strawberry refresher light ice no lemonade Venti size at the Starbucks location at 7:52pm. Upon arrival to collect my drink, I found that it was not filled to the proper level. The barista, a black gentleman with dreadlocks, seemed to have an attitude, which deterred me from addressing the issue. I paid $6.14 for a half-filled cup, which fell short of my expectations. As a frequent customer, I was not satisfied with the value I received. This experience prompted me to share my feedback, which I do not typically do.
