If i could give them 0 stars I truly would. The workers here are nasty and rude. Don’t waste your money at this location you will be disappointed, Malina was the worst employee in fast food service I’ve encountered by far!

My Wife purchased a gift card from this location. It did not work and it was not used. We showed the receipt that we got in the same location. They would not help us. We called the Taco bell 800 number and they said on speaker phone with the Store assistant manager that the card was never activated properly. They still did not help us. We had to dispute it with the bank. Poor Customer Service Even with a receipt and proof it was never used and there 800# rep telling them it was not activated they refused to help.

Half my order was missing. Had to drive back to the store. When I get home the half I got is cold. Waste of my time and money. A free taco coupon ain't gonna cut it.

I ordered the cheesy beef crunch burrito and only got a tortilla with beef, I got a stary to drink, it was just sparkling water and my tacos were cold. Reminded me why I never eat at this terrible chain.

You could literally drive from this Taco Bell to the one in Merrick, get you food and come back to the Freeport Taco Bell and be served quicker.

This Taco Bell is FOR SURE trash. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache

What the hell happened to Taco Bell? Automated service inside? Takes close to a half hour ordering that way. It's pitiful. Food isn't the same either. I hadn't been in years and it will be longer than that before i come back. I could make tacos at home quicker. Bummer!
