I held my 50th birthday party last week at The Factory. My guests and I had a wonderful time. I want to thank Sherlett (the Manager), Ashley who was the bartender (and who also recommended a signature drink beforehand which everyone including me loved) and Joe (at Unique Rentals SFX) for helping to make my day memorable.

I recently had my oldest daughter’s wedding ceremony at the Factory.I was very fortunate to have had tremendous help with my event from the Amazing Manager Sherlett Hilton. The Manager was present the entire event and was very helpful especially considering there was some last minute items I needed which she kindly provided. I must say that her professionalism was exceptional and would definitely recommend her for any future events

Held my daughter's Quinceañera here and it was amazing! The decor by was amazing and the catering they recommended is outstanding! Sherlett Hilton the venues General Manager is absolutely fantastic to work with, her decor was amazing and beautiful! Our event had 100 people and it could've fit more. The staff is polite and was extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend The Factory!!!

This place was very misleading. Over price I paid for the bar and they still charge my guest $15.00 a drink. The clean up crew was not there at the end. I could not use the kitchen to warm up the food’ they was charging me for that. They tried to get every penny they could out of me additional fee for everything after the contract. The staff was not professional at the bar I believed they was robbing my guest of there money after I paid for drinks.I wanted to use the tv to do a slide show they said $300.00 just to use your tv. I wanted an extra hour they said $500.00 more wow. I would gave the a 0 but that is not here. A contact is a contract.

I made an appointment to view this location as I was looking for a space to host the reception part of my wedding that could hold about 200 people. We arrived early for the appointment and started to go in when we saw other people going in as well. When we spoke to them they said they had an appointment 30 minutes before us and were running late so we let them go. We continued to just wait in the car, we saw them through the windows and waited we actually had no issue with this part. When our appointment time came around they were still talking so we waited as they were upstairs talking and didn’t want to rush them. 15 minutes into our time they still didn’t come down yet and we saw another group of people walking in, so we went as well. The other group told us they were scheduled for an appointment the same time as us but were also running late. When the person came to show us the venue they went straight for the other group and started showing them around and told us to look around. Personally I didn’t mind this, until I realized they also went upstairs and now we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to finish. If we were going to show the venue space to ourselves we would’ve just come in with the other group and did it 30 minutes earlier. This entire interaction rubbed us funny so we decided to just leave and then I never heard from the venue again. I believe they need to do better in their customer service area, but that’s all I can comment on.

Very nice space with loft. Good sound system. Needs to have more heat on in Winter. Not sure if it was the organizers of the event I went to but they ran out of water 2 hrs into a 4hr event. No drink list.

We recently hosted a quinceañera party at The factory event venue and it was an unforgettable experience !! From start to finish, everything was beautifully handled.

The space was stunning elegant, spacious, and perfect for a celebration The décor was tasteful and customizable, which allowed us to incorporate our chosen theme .

The lighting and sound systems were excellent, creating a festive atmosphere. The dance floor was a big hit, and the music setup was perfect .
The factory exceeded our expectations and helped make this special day truly memorable for our family , I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a quinceañera or any other celebration.
The staff General Manager Sherlett And joe was very professional, attentive, and accommodating. They ensured every detail was taken care of . Thank you very much for all your help

I held my wedding at the factory and I couldn’t and wouldn’t even want to imagine it any other way!!! From the Venue, decorations, and down to the staff were perfect! All of my guests cannot stop telling me how great of a time it was!!! The manager/ event planner Sherlett made our experience so seamless! She was always there for us for the smallest of things! She made our event run smooth and truly went above and beyond for us!! So grateful to Joe for handling all the tech and giving the night an extra sprinkle of magic! We would definitely do our future events at the factory! If you’re looking for a supportive team and staff for your event the factory is the place to book with.
