There was an event that my work hosted here. All I have to say is that this place is a great venue to attend. I'm not sure if the pricing, or what is required upon the customer/host side however, if you figure it out with the venue and get everything covered, you're BOUND to have a great time. Good vibes, is what made the entire experience and without a people of this caliber I don't believe you'll enjoy it. Because I don't know all the details involved I'm gonna give it a four out of 5 yet my experience was a 5/5.

Thank you Mrs. Sherlett Hilton for your professionalism. She is very humble and available whenever I had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to use you facility

The Factory is a gem in Long Island. We don’t have many warehouse huge venues like this in Long Island. The factory has a blank canvas and I was easily able to bring my vision to life. Sherlette was a doll and it was always so easy to get in contact with her; I always had a million and one questions and she was able to provide me with answers each time. They even have a room where my daughter was able to get dress for her sweet sixteen. Would highly recommend
The factory is a very nice place the workers were amazing especially the bar tenders.. Joe was amazing!

Horrible horrible people to work with. They scammed me for my money and didn’t want to accommodate me whatsoever. I was told one thing by their staff and now being told something else. They refused to help me being that I’m going through a tough time and never told me exactly what their policy was until AFTER I already paid them. Quick to take your money but refuses to help and accommodate when it wasn’t my fault I was told misinformation by their own staff who didn’t know the policy herself. Would not recommend!!! Going to social media about this company please don’t work with them it’s horrible. So many other nice places on the mile that know how to handle business the right way.

Worst experience ever had in an event space! We held my Aunts 50th Birthday party at this establishment. we spent all day from 9 am decorating until 6 pm for her event to start at 8pm. they had viewings while we were decorating. people touching and moving our decor.
We had 200 chairs we had to move in our own and we were offered no help by the staff nor were we instructed on where to place things. We had a bartender by the name of Ashely who was horrendously disgusting and rude. she came into the venue while we were decorating with a very mean girl attitude come up to us in a passive aggressive manor pressing us about items we had and drinks we brought in for the guests.
During the event she walked through multiple times with an attitude. no one was properly served by the bar staff. we were dismissed and even told they weren’t allowed to serve us. we paid for bartenders and some of our guests were denied purchase of any alcohol and denied even a bottle of water.
She then proceeded to call the police and instructed several other staff members to call the police on our event. The event was not rowdy in any way shape or form. as soon as the birthday girl walked in and completed her entrance then the police arrived and shut down the entire event. we were then told to leave. guests were not served food, everyone was abruptly kicked out of the venue.
When we tried to clean up after the fact they turned off the lights and continued telling us to leave despite trying to collect our decor from the venue. they gave us a little time then shut off the remainder of lights and told us to come back in the morning.
on arrival some of our decor was damaged. The Factory turned out to be the worst venue for us to have an event. Denied our guests beverages, more than half of the guests were unable to be served and our event was interrupted and shut down before the end time of our event. the contract was broken multiple times with no regards or care by the staff. That Bartender Ashley should be fired. horrible manners and customer service. We will never book an event here and this will never be an establishment that we recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. Don’t come here unless you want to get rude treatment. My mom had her 50th birthday event here Friday October 17th, and the bartending staff were disgustingly rude. They didn’t serve the guests drinks. My mom catered her own drinks for the party for her guests and they didn’t want to serve her guests the drinks my mom provided for her guests . They were also saying if my mom wants drinks served she would have to pay $2,100 dollars. I think her name is Ashley but she’s one of the bartenders and she had an attitude the entire time. She was threatening to fight guests & apparently she had an attitude all day when everything was getting set up. On top of that my mom spent thousands of dollars at the venue for them not to help set up for her party. We were kicked out of my mom’s event and the cops were called twice. My mom didn’t get to cut her birthday cake. We were being rushed to leave the event space and since we couldn’t pack up all the decorations so quickly, we were told to come back the following day. When we came back we couldn’t find few of my mom’s enlarged photos from her party. Made some calls no one had them. I went outside and they threw out my mom’s photos like trash ( I will attach photos below ). This was supposed to be a memorable day for my mom to celebrate her milestone 50th birthday. My heart breaks for her. DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT WITH THE FACTORY. You will be treated with no respect whatsoever. Also please teach your bartender proper etiquette and how to treat their guests. Ashley deserves to be fired for how she acted and treated my mom’s guests. My mom deserves to get all her money back.
