My now husband and I had the best wedding ever! I cannot say enough amazing things about the Bayview. Our guests have not stopped raving about the food, atmosphere, service, and everything ran perfectly. From the beginning I was skeptical of the venue (going to keep it honest) because my husband and I are almost 3 hours from the venue. So being that far I was weary and I am a over thinker. But I was wrong! The wedding was amazing all around. Lauren in sales was a great help and made sure our night was as exactly what we wanted. Tara our maitre d was amazing. She had everything covered from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about her. Ashley our bridal attendant was also amazing. We felt like her and Tara were in my bridal party! Love love love I couldn’t ask Ashley to do anything else besides what she did for us that night- she made sure we had the best night ever! Thank you ladies!! The overall venue was awesome. Sadly we didn’t get to do our rooftop ceremony because of the winds we made that call, It was for the best. The Bayview team really made sure the plan B was perfect. It was my biggest fear that came true but that made it work out perfectly. We had the best night ever and all we wanted was more time! Probably the classiest joint on the Nautical Mile, but also just super fun. Had some time to kill waiting for a boat tour to come back, and happened to stumble in to the bar at Waterview. 1) coconut mojito is EVERYTHING! 2) really enjoyed the watermelon feta salad. 3) really great outdoor space overlooking the end of the marina, and 4) really great band (Generation Gap) to entertain the masses in a pretty large stage. I also happened to watch someone else order the Bavarian pretzel and DAYM was that a hearty looking pretzel 😱. Definitely my kind of place! P.s. my bartender was a doll!

I planned a bridal shower for my daughter in the veranda room this past weekend, I live in South Carolina and I have to say I had the best experience. Planning from such a far distance is nerve wrenching however, the staff went above and beyond. The communication was on point, they never missed a beat. Maggie and Lauren were my eyes and ears, accommodated me with everything from the menu to special drinks to technical help with my slide show and more. They added special additions to my decorations that I never expected. Upon arriving Nick my Matra Di greeted me with the utmost respect and white glove treatment and continued this from beginning to end. At the same time all of the staff jumped right in to help with all of my amenities and continued to communicate throughout the whole party. The room was set up with plenty of walking space between the tables and the beautiful bar. The view through the glass windows is spectacular especially when taking pictures. The food was exquisite, continuously in abundance and displayed beautifully. This is 100% a 5 star catering venue without question. I would recommend anyone having a celebration wether on the smaller side in the veranda room or large in the alternate room. I made the greatest decision choosing Bayview, being so far away, the distance didn’t matter at the end of the day everything went better than I could have ever expected! This restaurant has great vibe. The food, drinks, and music was perfect. Felt like I was at a spot on the intercoastal in south florida, rather than a place in Freeport. Can't say the same for the majority of the others on the mile. Crowd is more classy. Don't have a second thought about checking this spot out!

Wonderful place by the water. My last meal with my coworkers before the summer gave us all some well-deserved time off. Taking a walk around by the water will relax anyone!

We had my daughter’s sweet 16 here and it was perfect . The food was great , the staff was great and the room is very spacious . Maggie was great in the planning and setting up process .

Pan seared salmon , sushi and lobster were great. Buffalo wings on the other hand were subpar. Overall environment was fun.

I went to water view and was greatly disappointed. The waitress was very nice and the atmosphere is great; however I had to send my drinks back. They were absolutely terrible. Also the food was horrible. It was beyond tasteless and dry. I’ve had better food at Applebees. It was the worst money I’ve spent all summer. For such a nice atmosphere, and for the price point, you’d think there would be good food. If you’re thinking about going for food : DO NOT

Was there this past Sunday. I thought there would be like the nautical mile was before Braccos destroyed it. Not to be, drinks were good but lame rock bands followed by Spotify music. Was a convention of fat, middle aged, cigar chomping wannabes. Place needs a DJ AND A GOOD 40s and upmature , behaved crowd to seperate it from the hip hop / ragge cookie cutter crowds up the street. Small wonder places like the Boatyard. Crème this place on the weekends. A dock master would help also

Beautiful place! I would highly recommend it for any event.
