Online order, so I can’t see the atmosphere. Anyway, I called about my order and spoke to ANNA and I just have to say, “she was the friendliest and sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with in regards to customer service (for an online order/call) she’s a GEM!”

This past weekend had wingstop in Nashville. Amazing how good it was. The last few times here the fry’s were cold the wings were limp and had very little sauce. Pure garbage at this location.

The person at the counter go my order wrong. Kept not understanding what I was saying when I inquired about a menu item. The guy didn't understand English. Awful experience.
While I was waiting, I saw big flys zipping around the place. Totally unclean.
The food the pretty bad as well. I'm surprised a place like this can even get the business it's getting with how bad it is.

I had an issue that I had made a report on the website about the situation. It was handled by the manager, Andy, very well. He called me back to follow up and make sure that my issue was resolved. He was very respectful and helped me out.

Good wings, but removing Sweet Chili flavor was a big mistake, I won’t be ordering from this place again. If they bring it back, I will upgrade my review to 4 stars.

I have never been the biggest fan of wingstop, but I think it was because I hadn't found the right flavors. Now, the boneless meal deal is a go to for me and the food is always amazing. Nonetheless, I do feel like the fries are too salty, so I always order mine lightly seasoned, but otherwise everything is great and I would 100% recommend!
