My first time ever trying Arby's. The food was great, and my favorite item by far was the jamocha shake. It was delicious and one of the best fast food shakes I've had. The customer service in the drive thru was very friendly, and my order was made in a timely manner despite being pretty big. I will definitely come back here to try more items.

I occasionally order from this Arby’s through UberEats. I never had an issue until recently - to be more specific 10/29/24 6:00pm. Whoever packed my order was grossly incompetent. Left out items in the order, resulting in us not receiving our burger, fries, cheese sauce, etc. - the milkshakes had no whipped cream and it was placed in the wrong cup and not properly sealed (though I clearly asked in notes). I spent $60 for food but only received a value of less than $15. The manager Tiffany was so kind and attempted to help resolve the matter but unfortunately UberEats refuses to refund, therefore I lost out on $30+.

If I ever get Arby’s again, it will be in person and the workers will hear my grievances.

The two stars are for Tiffany, that’s it.
