Went there to use my Tmobile coupon but for some reason it wont take it. But the store operator was nice enough to manually adjust the pricing for us and honored the coupon for us. (I did report this incidence to Tmobile for rectification). They could definitely improve their ice cream counter as there was no labeling of flavors from the customer’s perspective, made it really difficult to choose flavor.

Ordered two items on Uber Eats and only got one. Other item was a simple Reese’s sundae and somehow they forgot to put that in. How difficult is it to remember to put two simple items into the bag. And these people want $20/hr lol.

Super gross and dirty. If you must eat here, watch your food while they make it. The girl put gloves on, reached into the garbage then put the egg on my wrap and patted it with the same globe. After she took it put of the over she struggled to put it in the bag because it was too hot and dragged it across the counter. When I showed her the pieces of other food that got stuck to the wrap she just gave me a dear in the headlight look. I threw it out. I didn't feel like arguing over a wrap. Definitely worst DD I've been too. Also if you take a look at the Ice Cream on the BR side you'll see they don't clean the scoopers in between, so beware if you are allergic to certain things. The freezers are open and the ice cream is semi melted.

On these warm summer days, some hot, ice cream helps cool one down and this one is by far one of the best. Enjoying ice cream very much, could not past this establishment by. You shouldn't either.

The worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They spent over 10 mins per customer and only worked on 1 order at a time. It was not the usual quick Dunkin trip as I normally do with other locations. Not coming back

Very busy drive thru customers favored over walk ins so there is a long line inside with only one person to deal with donuts and ice cream. On the good side they regularly have free samples such as yesterday they had free mini size iced caramel mocha latee s but it didnt help the fact that we waited 25 min to order our ice cream. The drive thru is fast and easy. Also they recently renovated the bathroom you just need to borrow the gas station style huge keyring from the cashier.

My two sons and i went to this store on Oct 7, 8, 9 and 10 , 2017 !!!!!!! We all counted the cakes!!! There were only7 cakes in the store!!!!! I just moved nearby a month ago n Oct 9 th was my son s birthday!!! Imagine i cannot buy his favorite cake at all. What is happening to the store. I want a reply on this. Is this store owned by Indian? Baskin robbin was not like this long time ago. I hope the Indian franchise will nit ruin the Baskin robbins image

The hours on the door say 11pm I got there 1030 and couldn't get to get inside so the kids could pick their ice cream I was very disappointed
