The pizza is always delicious and made perfect at blaze pizza in fresh meadows. I do feel the staff there at times needs to be reminded of basic customer service. On November 17th 2024 on a Sunday night around 6pm I went there to pick up a online order my wife had ordered. The order was in her name so I wanted to let staff know instead of picking a order up that's not in my name and get falsely accused stealing a order. So I go straight to the counter, there's a guy putting pizza in the oven, he clearly sees me there and chooses to ignore me. Just saying I'll be right with you sir, or give me one minute sir goes a long way in basic customer service. Three other staff see me at the register and also choose to ignore me. Also forgot to mention it's just myself at the register, I'm not behind anyone. After a good 5-6 minutes of being blatantly ignored I asked the guy in the front making the pizza did he have a order with my wife's name. As a paying customer I do not think that treatment is acceptable. I understand things get busy in any fast food restaurant, but it really wasn't that busy at that specific time. In a nutshell just please let your staff be more mindful about basic customer service, I didn't leave there with a good feeling at all.

Went here with my friends. We all enjoyed it. One of my friends mentioned this place being like subways(without Jared) but for pizza because of the options you have. I agree and honestly I can see the appeal. The pizza is definitely isn't the best in Queens but it's pretty decent and its very affordable. My buds shared a whole pie(plus some garlic breadsticks) and we spent around 25 dollars in total. Plus drinks are free if you are a student so that's a plus. If you are walking around the fresh meadows area, I'd give this place a try. Especially if you aren't alone.

As a foodie and pizza freak, I was surprised that this pizza was really good. Fresh, made in front of you with gloves, and quality ingredients. The thin crust was excellent and the staff was excellent. I Really liked it
