Having pregnancy craving and to drive from Long Island to be disappointed is a heartbreaking. Boston Market will soon be a thing of the past. There is only one left in Nassau County and I went and they didn’t have cream spinach or sweet potato casserole. So my husband drove me to this location and omg it was a nightmare. The cream spinach looked like watery greens I asked her to mix up and but when we taste it, it had a tangy taste. That was not spinach. The sweet potato was lumpy and tasted weird as well. Yes I’m pregnant but that had nothing to do with it. The chicken was dry. I was sad but thank god for Starbucks being next door I got me a drink and went home.

The quality of food at Boston Market Has diminished over the years and the prices have exponentially increased, but can't blame them, inflation is at an all-time HIGH, right? I'm sorry I'm not one to complain but Today at the Fresh Meadows location my favorite dish tasted tangy looked soggy, and undercooked the server was nice enough to replace it with a fresh order out of the kitchen but unfortunately I ended up throwing it out. I wasn't even mad (no reason to) just disappointed and the fact that they jacked up the price for that one item to a $1 just made it difficult to have had it go to waste. Sorry but not sorry You guys can do better and I'm only putting this out here because the next customer deserves better. This will be my last time at this location, Over and out ...

If I could give a -10 I would! I don’t understand how any restaurant let alone a chain restaurant can serve undercooked food! I first realized it was an issue because it tasted tangy. I then realized the part of the meatloaf that didn’t have gravy on it clearly shows how pink it is. I am highly disappointed, a complete waste of $30. I will NEVER frequent this place again!

Stay away and beware! I was overcharged $15.75 for a “caesar chicken salad” that should have been $12. I informed the manager about the situation and she didn’t even apologize even though she admitted I was charged for the wrong item. In retrospect I never got a receipt and since they use Apple Pay the cashier probably gave herself a tip without my consent. To make matters worse the chicken was old and soggy and the cheese was spoiled and had a bad smell. It’s unfortunate the quality of Boston market its not what it used to be. It’s no surprise they are going bankrupt!

Undercooked! Chicken was completely pink. Employees need to be educated as one told me pink is fresh! I was horrified and won’t ever eat here again. Veggies were soggy and tasted less than fresh. Stuffing also tasted funny. Disgusting overall. Needs to be shut down and Re-inspected ASAP!

We did takeout, and the chicken which we received was completely rotten. There is definitely an issue with their freezers. My uncle had some, got really sick, and was vomiting repeatedly; he has major heart issues, and has a pacemaker in. This is extremely dangerous, and a major health hazard; I am sure that many other people will get sick from being served rotten chicken here. When I went to the store, taking the chicken back, they were dismissive and rude, especially a manager named Arfa, who initially refused to even speak to me, telling one of the employees to tell me to just leave my information. I will be contacting the Department of Health, as this is extremely concerning and dangerous, and I do not want others getting sick as well.
