The quality of food at Boston Market Has diminished over the years and the prices have exponentially increased, but can't blame them, inflation is at an all-time HIGH, right? I'm sorry I'm not one to complain but Today at the Fresh Meadows location my favorite dish tasted tangy looked soggy, and undercooked the server was nice enough to replace it with a fresh order out of the kitchen but unfortunately I ended up throwing it out. If I could give a -10 I would! I don’t understand how any restaurant let alone a chain restaurant can serve undercooked food! I first realized it was an issue because it tasted tangy. I then realized the part of the meatloaf that didn’t have gravy on it clearly shows how pink it is. I am highly disappointed, a complete waste of $30. I will NEVER frequent this place again!
