Unfortunately they've changed the procedure for the holiday meal making it exceedingly difficult to obtain. I have purchased a meal for myself and family for the past 5 years and was disappointed this year.
Food was just okay as the chicken sandwhich my wife ordered was super small on the bun, tasteless and appeared like it was a thawed frozen patty. My shredded chicken with babrbeque was better but not shredded just cut in long chunks and as it cooled became very hard as we then had to shred the meat ourselves to be able to eat and enjoy it. Sides were good Mac and cheese and creamed spinach. Corn bread was small and laughable not authentic. For 20 bucks it was just okay but expected...
Used coupon. Coupon says limit 2 items. Show the lady behind the counter the coupon and ask her if I can use this coupon for 2 items. She says yes. I ordered 2 items. Get to the cashier. She says 1 item only! I just confirmed with the lady who packed the food before I ordered. Cashier says manager limit it to 1 item. Maybe inform your employees of changes.
