I want to recognize Atif at the Popeyes located at 16417 Union Turnpike, Flushing, Queens, NY 11366 for truly outstanding customer service. He was extremely patient, professional, and respectful, even while the restaurant was busy, and he handled everything with a calm, down-to-earth attitude that made the experience smooth and welcoming. Atif has excellent people skills, communicates clearly, and makes customers feel acknowledged and valued while ensuring orders are accurate...
They've really gone downhill recently. Unhygienic conditions (they were placing boxes from the floor up onto the place where they were making sandwiches) and horrible, slow service is the norm. They mess up food orders from time to time....but the food is decent, so 3 stars.
Two things to comment on, if it had parking it would be excellent,Oh and if there are 3 people or more I recommend the family combos because the individual combos are more expensive if it is for 3 people or more.
