Chicken was amazing. The rub was perfect. Brisket was also great. Potato Salad was different, but not like you won't get invited to the cook out different. Mac'n Cheese was creamy and delicious.
For randomly being on a road trip stopping based on the smell and the giant pig in the front, it was worth it.

Wow. Blown away. I ordered catering for 16 people and loved everything about our order. We got pulled pork, barbecue chicken, beans, potato salad & mac and cheese and everything came packaged well, hot and delicious.
The potato salad definitely stood out. It was one of the best we have had in a while. Even the beans were so so good!

Basil & Bones catered a rehearsal party for us. They did an amazing job! The food was so delicious. I have to say the pulled pork was the best I ever had! Also the staff was very nice.Do not hesitate to call them for your next event!!
