Cashier made us feel rushed. Was trying to look at the menu and decide and she was yelling like it was an emergency decision. Calm down a little. Hard to enjoy the atmosphere as she just kept yelling the whole time.

I went here for lunch and about forty minutes later I got a message from my bank saying someone was using my credit card. Im not saying they did it, but any shopping I do online is through PayPal. So im not sure where else it could of gotten leaked from.

Waited for 20 minutes in reserve spot while they sent 5 other cars through with their orders and one was a huge order
After waiting a few more minutes and going in to tell the manager I just wanted a refund he had an attitude with me and said maybe we should just cook our own food at home

If you go inside, expect about a 20 minute wait, but watch endless drive up orders - same items, go out the window because it's more important. One sandwich prep person stated she doesn't care how long counter orders wait.... if someone has time to come inside, they can wait.
Happened to us more than once.
IF we go back, we will order at drive through and after getting it quickly, will park and go inside to eat it.
Easy enough.
Tables were sticky, ketchup pump empty.... each visit.
Krinkle cut fries are nubs....but still better that curly.

The food was terrible I think the meat on my sandwich was going bad and look bad and the service was awful they were not busy and it took 10 minutes for the guys to get to us and take our order. The whole place was like a retirement home.

Mac and cheese balls should not taste like fish ........for the money spent here seriously gross cold food or hard bread never again

Drive throigh attendant pratically threw our food at us. No hi, no thanks, just shoved the bags at us and closed the window immediately. I yelled "have a great day" to her.

Pretty bad I am deaf and speak load I was complaining and the store manager said town it down and when I said are you the manager she said yes I said well in your job to hear my complaint and she rudely hung up on me ya that a manager that should not be hold that title this is the 3 rd time I got them wrong food and never get the sauce I ask for but I no nothing will be done and lie to your customers say we are busy there was no one behind us and maybe 4 people in side so that was a pitiful excuse
