Friendly lady taking my order, nice gentleman at the window all of the food completely cold. Missed the sauce. Cheese wasn’t even melted on burger. Threw half of it away.

Heather was very rude, was told by staff (assume was her boss) to take my order when no other customers were present and she walked away and wouldn't take order due to having mouth full of food, then proceeded to tell the boss which told her to take order that when she needs a moment not to tell her to take someone's order...... very rude and unprofessional 👎

Drove here at 9:30 tonight and waited in the drive through till 9:45pm. They spoke to us threw the speaker and said they'd be right with us. at 10pm, After waiting 15 minutes at the speaker for them to come back they just shut off there lights and screens on us and never took our order... Very rude and unprofessional. Especially because online they say they are open till 2am.

If you are in a bind and forced to eat fast food, BK is consistent. Whenever I have ordered, their food has been exactly what I expected; as fresh as fast food can be. Compared to the other fast food chains locally, it's the most reliable option.

First of all I was with my son and you know how kids are they like changing there minds last second so I ask my son what does he want he goes can I have a burger with ketchup then when I was done ordering he’s says actually I don’t when ketchup take in mind I haven’t payed yet so I thought well it’s not that big of a deal so I said actually can you take the ketchup off the guy roles his eyes at me and goes okay now there making the burger I watch in horror as the guy I was talking to spits all over the burger worst experience ever never eating there again
Very slow service came 05/22/25 at 7 pm. Large fries were cold , and more like a small. Onion rings were cold. Was left standing and waiting for my order while everyone was busy doing door dash orders. $27 for trash.

Rude is nicest word I can come up with? Racist nasty people to deal with. Don't expect your change? Don't expect anyone to know what there doing. Don't expect a clean table or restaurant. Do expect your food to taste like degreaser, do expect your fries to be pulled early and floppy, do expect to waste your money.
