They forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, overcooked the mozzarella sticks to the point there was no cheese left in them, undercooked fries (which are on a timer...) the customer service app doesn't do anything for you. Save your money because everything will suck and be wrong.

I going to Burger King tonight to order food I order it pay on the kiosk so I'm waiting for food and now one employee acknowledged you and then there is one employee back there eating a sandwich with his gloves on and then they get irritated because I tell them I don't want my food they can return it I don't want to get food from somebody who's eating in the back with a glove on and I'm not sure if he's going to be making my food 20 minutes it took them and they couldn't figure out how to do a refund to managers then they called the manager and they still couldn't do the refund Fulton New York Burger King is horrible they're too busy discussing what's going on in their lives and chatting on their phones to worry about customer service

I honestly want to give fast food workers the benefit of the doubt but this is the actual slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I'm 15-20 minutes into trying to order an 8 piece cheesey tots. I've been the second person in line for the entire time. Even though there are a few more people in the drive thru I've decided to give that a shot as I've seen them actually serve a couple orders
It's not just this trip either. It's every time I go to this location. I don't think it's worth my time anymore since I'm just going to go to Arby's for the rest of my meal anyways. I'm going to miss the cheesy tots

This is honestly the worst BK ever. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Went inside to order, and waited another ten minutes without being acknowledged. The two customers ahead of me hadn’t been either. The register worker just kept walking back and forth, avoiding the customers altogether. We all ended up walking out frustrated. This particular BK just keeps getting worse.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this restaurant. How hard is it to make a spicy sandwich spicy???? I understand that there could have been a mix-up because of the large party I was ordering with, and I figured that could be part of the issue, but upon checking the receipt, I saw that I had, infact, ordered the previously mentioned spicy chicken sandwich, and it appeared on the receipt as such. There was also a sticker on the wrapping of the sandwich to further confirm that it was spicy. Unfortunately, I took a bite of the sandwich and immediately noticed no burning sensation or any hint of spice. It still tasted pretty good, though. Even though it was good, still, my disappointment is immeasurable and my Tuesday is ruined. Trash!

Today was not a very good experience at the BK drive threw. There were 3 young girls that we could see inside. I'm sure there was a cook in the back. We were behind 1 other vehicle as we approached. Anyway, we were there for at least half an hour. These young ladies were having a good time while not doing their jobs. They were socializing more than working. (I have worked there before) this took way too long...and our food was cold. After giving us our drinks only, 10 minutes pass and one of the young ladies pokes her head out and looks at us and says how can I help you as if they had already finished giving us our order!
Very disappointed.
