Four or more employees were sitting outside the back of the store smoking and talking loudly. My coffee was made as ordered on the app.

930 am on a sunday july 6th we walk in to get our dunkin before church. The lady makes the sandwitch wrong 3 times argues with my wife about it gives us the wrong coffee, and when i call to tell them they let the phone ring then take it off the hook. Lol someone give me chain owners number.

They frequently make errors with orders. I've been given the wrong drinks, wrong items, or my drink is not made correctly. They don't check the order ticket, which clearly lists everything, to make sure they are giving you the correct items. This has happened on numerous occasions.

They are a great store, good customer service, employees are always welcoming and nice, the only bad thing is if they don’t have a donut sometimes they will just not give you one. There’s only certain employees that will do this. Other than that the place is great, there are a few regulars that are there which are really helpful, respectful and are really nice. The food is always fresh, the coffee is always good as well.

Me and my bf go there everyday after school if I have work. I would go to the Dunkin across the bridge but I feel like that Dunkin isn’t as good as this one the other one is dirty and don’t make drinks well this one is clean and makes drinks really well and I love how much whip cream they put on my drink the other Dunkin puts barely and whip cream :( but I love this Dunkin and the people who work there are so kind.
