I don't know what's going on with the Dunkin. I have been going for over 4 years but this morning two of the coffees I got were so gross we had to dump them. It sucks when they're literally $5 a coffee.

This has always been my favorite Dunkin in town. However, the last couple of months my coffee experience has been hit or miss. I go there almost daily and I always get the same coffee usually, most of them know me just by what I order, which obviously means I have a bit of an addiction to their coffee lol. But like I said, lately it's been hit or miss, sometimes my coffee is on point and sometimes it is not. In the last 2 weeks alone I've had to go back after I leave the drive thru to get a 3 times for a new coffee and one time I went back for a new refresher, because they simply just do not taste good. I don't like to complain or have to go back because I do really love this dunkin and the people who work there. They are always super friendly to me and again they see me a lot lol. So whatever is going on there, whether it be the newer employees working there or whatnot, can you please try to be better about being consistent with my coffee, I really don't want to have to go to another dunkin like I've been thinking about doing. I'll change my rating when start to see and taste the changes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was informed when I ordered at the drive thru that "of course" they could change a hundred, as I asked. Only to get to the window and be denied my order because they in fact could NOT change a $100. My wife use to work there and there's a reason she left and it's the same reason I haven't been in years and wont be back again. Real good team communication. And how the H can't they cash a big bill? Pathetic! Shut that place right down, we have two others!
