The older woman with black hair that works here is so nasty. Never done a thing to her and she always has a disgusting attitude. She needs to learn to not take her emotions out on other people. What a disgrace.

Can someone do something about this dunkin! They still taking wrong my order! And they charge me for things that I didn't get it.. besides that they forgot twice my banana bread! I just notice when got home.. that's annoying! They make u slide your card saying you gonna get a refund for something that u got changed but u never get that refund! I had only bad things to say about this place

I tried to hold off on writing about this Dunkin. I was hoping they would improve and go back to being the best in town. However, they're falling short of the mark. Every time I've gone they get something wrong or forget something like they did today. I ordered a sandwich regular and another sausage egg and cheese sandwich I ordered without bread and two orders of hash browns since they were out of bacon for the loaded hash browns. The girl working the window was a bit cold and abrupt. She thrust my bag, which felt rather light for what I ordered. I pulled over to check my order. In the bag was egg and melted cheese thrown in two separate bags, the regular sandwich, and absolutely no hash browns and missing sausage. So I pulled back up and told explained the mishap. There was a little misunderstanding but it was figured out. Then when I pulled up I was definitely waiting for a few minutes. There was no customers at all both times I pulled up. And when I finally got the rest of my order they had just thrown the sausage into the bag like it was for a dog and the hash browns were thrown in some random bag. There customer service and common sense, or lack there of, is absolutely laughable. Might as well take the extra time to some place that's actually worth it.

Wrong iced coffee and missing part of my order and took care of all all 5 orders ahead of rive orders instead of taking other drive through orders. It took 15 -20 min or more just to get to place my order. Way too long of wait for drive through and all cars ahead of me orders 5 cars ahead of me got their orders before I even pressed mine, and I thought drive through would be faster. Not was I wrong. Plus she was very rude!!!!!!definitely made me late for my appointment because I couldn't even turn around????

I never write bad reviews but every single time without fail that I go to this Dunkin they’re always “out” of something. If I ask for skim milk in my drink? They’re out. Egg bites? Out. Donuts? out. What’s the point of being open if every time I go something I want is out. This is a big corporate, not at small business coffee shop. Get it together. Im done going to this Dunkin, id rather drive 20 more minutes to go to a Starbucks who will actually have what I want. And by the looks of the reviews I can see I’m not the only one who thinks they need to get it together.

I'm a Starbucks girl, but decided to stop by Dunkin for some avocado toast and a cinnamon roll. They were out of sour dough bread, I had my avocado on an everything bagel -- the avocado was clumped in the middle, not spread properly [I did receive a butterknife ( I think they knew) - the cinnamon roll was barely larger than a quarter (exaggeration) over cooked and Ozempic thin -- I requested a refund... I'll stick to Starbucks

tried to place order on app on 6/29/24 at 8:40 pm. said couldn't place order at that time. drove up to store at 8:48 pm and doors were locked and drive thru closed. don't post you're open until 9 if your not. very disappointed
