The managers and employees probably shouldn't bash other employees who aren't there in front of customers. Especially when they're saying the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days.

The Dunkin App did not send my order thru but my card got charged, the woman at the window was patient, and kind, and the manager went above and beyond! Amazing service & people!

This is the slowest Dunkin you will ever come across. Unless you have an extra half hour to burn, avoid at all costs. You will be waiting for your incorrect order, even if there is only 1-2 people in front of you. lol I wish it was only a 10% occurrence, but it’s almost every single time.. I’ve backed out of that drive through 1000 times and I’ve watched many do the same! Not a care in the world behind those counters and windows. If it wasn’t for the location they would probably be shut down by now. Hopefully they do and one of the local coffee shops move in instead.
Coffee was delicious, as usual!!! Got a sourdough glazed donut and it did not taste right. I spit out my bite. Hubby broke off a piece and tasted it. He also said it didn't taste right/good. It got thrown in the garbage.

The older woman with black hair that works here is so nasty. Never done a thing to her and she always has a disgusting attitude. She needs to learn to not take her emotions out on other people. What a disgrace.

Can someone do something about this dunkin! They still taking wrong my order! And they charge me for things that I didn't get it.. besides that they forgot twice my banana bread! I just notice when got home.. that's annoying! They make u slide your card saying you gonna get a refund for something that u got changed but u never get that refund! I had only bad things to say about this place

I tried to hold off on writing about this Dunkin. I was hoping they would improve and go back to being the best in town. However, they're falling short of the mark. Every time I've gone they get something wrong or forget something like they did today. I ordered a sandwich regular and another sausage egg and cheese sandwich I ordered without bread and two orders of hash browns since they were out of bacon for the loaded hash browns. The girl working the window was a bit cold and abrupt. She thrust my bag, which felt rather light for what I ordered. I pulled over to check my order. In the bag was egg and melted cheese thrown in two separate bags, the regular sandwich, and absolutely no hash browns and missing sausage. So I pulled back up and told explained the mishap. There was a little misunderstanding but it was figured out. Then when I pulled up I was definitely waiting for a few minutes. There was no customers at all both times I pulled up. And when I finally got the rest of my order they had just thrown the sausage into the bag like it was for a dog and the hash browns were thrown in some random bag. There customer service and common sense, or lack there of, is absolutely laughable. Might as well take the extra time to some place that's actually worth it.
