Everytime i order my large iced caramel macchiato it's way short. I do get light ice, but it shouldn't be 2-3 in from the top.

I went in there today and was yelled at and treated like trash. I told the cashier no cinnamon as I’m allergic. I tried to stop the lady from putting cinnamon on my order. The other worker started yelling at me telling me I shouldn’t come and order in there store anymore and should have told them. I explain I did only to have her continue bitching me out in front of a store full of customers.

Hot chocolate was watered down, my doughnuts were half the size also hard (but it is around noon when ordered so I dont have to much blame there), my muffin was blueberry tho I made sure to order choloclate chip cause they can look alike, one sandwich wasn't even what was ordered.
Then as soon as we gave them the card got annoyed we couldn't grab the food at the same time (which was 3 separate little bags and munchkin box, which almost fell because she didn't wait for us to actually grab the stuff.) then got upset and rolled her eyes and sighed because we asked for a drink carrier for the 3 large drinks we had.
I get being annoyed at people taking a while but it was seconds of just turning, so I could just put them in my lap so the driver could grab the next things.
Wasted so much money for almost nothing to be right or good.

Lady with grey shoulder length hair was rude as can be. Asked for the first responder discount and she says "we don't do that" (i showed my ID) and I tell her "I've gotten it here before" she proceeds to then give the discount, while rolling her eyes and giving attitude.

Went today around 1:30 to get a cold brew with pumpkin swirl. I don’t understand why if I’m paying extra for swirl why I never get it. I’m paying for 8 swirl in a large and am only getting one if I’m lucky. They also seem to both be managers which is even more historical.

I will never return to this establishment. They can't seem to ever ring in an order right at drive thru (if this was the first time I may feel differently, it's at least the 4th) and this time they proceeded to give attitude and laugh in my face. Customer service at this location is horrendous. And they have no interest in getting orders correct.

The bathrooms are locked and can't be used until after you've paid for coffee. Then, you are basically escorted to the bathroom by an employee. Then then employees all make fun of you for needing to use the bathroom urgently. Ridiculous.
