I usually stop there when I go pick up my Grandbanies up from Oswego and I usually enjoy it but it was a great disappointment yesterday... While she was making my burrito she pulled hair out of it and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted her to remake it, I told her absolutely. She didn't change her gloves just went and made another one. That place is unsanitary I think they should use a fork to mix the ingredients in the burrito, even if they have gloves on. I paid over $10 for a burrito and was scared to eat it... What a waste....

Ordered a rice bowl once again I'd never got my sour cream The manager calls me to ask me what I wanted on there I told him what I wanted then they order you send me the wrong order then the manager calls back and tells me I'm sorry but we can't honor your food and make it right that you got what you got and that's what I got The owner really needs to rewrap this his business and have the people make our orders the way we order them we pay for them and we should get what we order I am so done with fajita grill is it only does something about it or they need to look at their managers and their staff that work for him. And I get burnt chicken and my tomato is the end of the tomato where you cut the green leaf off and that's inside my food so not only do I not get what I ordered I get burnt chicken and tomatoes that have the end of the tomatoes in them

Absolutely messy line, lids covered in all sorts of gunk and food, you were all out of Queso and after requesting a time estimate of when I the Queso would be done I was ignored by staff. I’ve been eating here for quite sometime but after tonight forget it. I’ll find somewhere else to eat.

Food is fine, I've always loved ordering here, and love using the app. But WOW this place is dirty. As soon as you walk in there is grease and grime and dirt and bathroom smell. There's literal cobwebs above the food. I can't believe they don't hire some company to deep clean this place, it's terrible! I can only imagine how clean the food is, or the back room.

All of the staff here are awesome. Super friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is great and priced fairly. The app is super convenient for ordering ahead and the drive up window makes that super easy for pickup.
The food is good when it is correct. Anytime I order pick up something is always missing or incorrectly prepared. Every manger (Amanda mainly) I have ever advised has been extremely unhelpful. If you want the food it’s worth the drive to go to Oswego.

Great food, great price. Friendly people, fast and polite. Idk if you got a laugh out of it or if it was genuine mistake, but you labeled all the food something else in the order making for a frustrating time distributing the 3 different orders (2 were completely different burritos)
