The first time I've ever been, and it was pretty good. I thought it was a table service restaurant and didn't realize it was set up like Chipotle or Moe's. Their queso and chips were delicious! I got the burrito bowl without regular meat (not double) and it wasn't enough, definitely suggest double, though it is an upcharge. Overall, would go again.

Food is edible but not really good. One time I found hair and this time the beef was so burnt and dry. Honestly, just go to the one in Oswego.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Food was really great for a good price. I don’t know why anyone would go there the Taco Bell next door when this is here.

Cinco de Mayo lunch, and it's this place or the Bell. This place is like Chipotle light. Food was ok but nothing worth writing home about.

Really good counter food prepared quickly while you wait by friendly staff. The seasoning on their chips is great- maybe ask for a bit extra.

Employees are arrogant and unprofessional.

The meat tasted like it was out all day workers not doing anything

Bland, mushy, dry meat and certainly not fresh. A disgrace to the name of mexican food. Service people always seem miserable regardless of location.

Also if you order on Doordash or any delivery or pickup, they do not care to make your order correctly because the workers don’t make tips, so prepare to pay chipotle prices for food that is of worse quality and flavor, but also not even what you ordered.
Disappointed. Hire less lazy selfish people.
