The food is good when it is correct. Anytime I order pick up something is always missing or incorrectly prepared. Every manger (Amanda mainly) I have ever advised has been extremely unhelpful. If you want the food it’s worth the drive to go to Oswego.

Great food, great price. Friendly people, fast and polite. Idk if you got a laugh out of it or if it was genuine mistake, but you labeled all the food something else in the order making for a frustrating time distributing the 3 different orders (2 were completely different burritos)

Pre-ordered last night for 5:55 pick up. Got there at 5:56 got home a little after 6 to find that our order was all messed up. My rice bowl did not have what I ordered and the rice was literally crunchy to the point of being not edible. My daughter’s nachos had everything that I ordered for my rice bowl, so she wouldn’t eat her nachos. My husband’s burrito felt like it came straight out of the refrigerator. The only food that was able to be ate was the chips and cheese. So much for wasting $70.00. Live and learn won’t be ordering from there ever.

Pre-ordered for the first time thinking it would be a faster process but it was not and one of the items was missing. Staff did not call us to notify us. We unfortunately did not find out the item was missing until we made it home. I called and was advised the missing item was sitting there at the window ready for pickup. We drove back out to the store and waited another 8 minutes for them to hand it out the window. There was no one in the restaurant. We were very disappointed with the process and will likely not try that again.

I only complaint is that it was a cold and dreary day and it was equally cold inside. The food was delicious and warming but it would be nice to take your coat off to eat.
I ordered the chicken soft tacos. My co-worker purchased the chicken burrito. The food was expensive and bland compared to Chipotle and Moe's. I did enjoy the chips and queso, this is the only reason they got 2 stars.
