We usually order once a week as a family night treat. The past year, the pizzas have been getting thinner and thinner. I've had pizzas so soggy they were unable to be picked up or they fell apart and other times they're so over cooked you can barely bite into them. The crazy bread barely has any butter and cheese sprinkle. They're either floppy, thin, and dough light, or they're burnt. I've noticed how often the workers are changing and how consistently downhill the food has gone since. Little Cesar's has never been a top notch pizza place but it's always been slightly above average. Not anymore. Especially this one.
All we craved was a pepperoni pizza. In the past you got a ton of good tasting pepperoni. Today a single sparse layer of pieces covered the cheese and sauce, really disappointed.

Good when every other pizza place is busy I was there again the other day and they ran out of wings and gave deep dish pizza instead without second thought tho vary under stocked on sodas they did the job and well tho seemed cruded and rushed but they did the job perfectly all one can ask
Normally a decent spot but this pizza was not good..looks like the extra best I ordered was a regular pizza they had which they just added more too and recooked it

This place sucks! We've given them Sooo many chances cuz it's right by our house but omg. And it's not even cheap any more!! $25 for some leftover dried out crap that wasn't even good

Discriminatory against disabled customers. Blocked the only ramp with the door and I wasn’t able to get past it by myself in my wheelchair until my fiancé moved the door wedge for me. Disgraceful human beings as cashiers AND managers all of which have no human decency or dignity left in them to even fake a smile at people. Multiple ADA violations and when brought up they told me they didn’t care and they “never had an issue before” about it. Probably because the only customers that stick around to continue giving them just enough to stay open are online only bc they can’t tolerate how terrible the service is in person.
Wheelchair accessibility: NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY. Blocks the only ramp up to access the building with the door to enter and wedges it open.

Absolutely the worst customer service and the manager is extremely rude. If you can't handle talking nicely to people, you should probably look into a different job. Yes you refunded me, but your attitude was absolutely 100% rude and unprofessional. She told 2 lies and got caught in her lies, and told us that we were wrong and being rude.
