Trust me do not eat at this place last time I was here. I literally found a fingernail in my meatballs and the weight was so long this time I came in here to pick up food. Everybody is so rude in here said my order was ready on DoorDash because I ordered pick up then when I got here, they said they didn’t even start yet after I was already waiting for 50 minutes. This is my second time here and I have nothing but complaints. These people are horrible. Their food is horrible. Last time I was here. I ended up with food poisoning such a dirty gross environment.

The food and my experience here completely flipped my mood. Delicious taste and excellent portion size, so you get what you pay for. I ran into an issue via DoorDash where my driver was fully at fault for swapping my pasta dish and another customers’ wings. Mind you my driver played it off like they were delivering without issue. DoorDash would not work with me on a well deserved refund. I’ve longed to try Mama Gina’s chicken riggies for nearly an eternity, so I was quite literally depressed upon opening my original meal packaging. I called in and the manager Brandon was very kind and personable. He had the kitchen make my food to order asap. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the staff along with boss man’s efforts to make my situation turn into a positive. Driving from Oswego for a pickup was certainly not on my bucket list that night, but this restaurant is so high quality they even provided garlic knots for the trip over. Just as expected, I was not disappointed. My main dish was both perfect amount of hot spicy and hot fresh (I got the spicier pasta sauce.) In addition, the chicken and sausage complimented the softer textures nicely. Apart from this order, I’ve always received golden customer service treatment, stellar munch from Mama Gina’s and will continue to try new menu items. HEAVILY recommend. Keep up the great work crew!

I wish I lived closer!! We went to freightmare farms.. we live about 50 mins from there and we wanted to grab something to eat..we figured we would run into something.. my son and I wanted pizza so I googled and stumbled across two pizza places and chose this one.. upon walking in we were greeted.. the atmosphere was very nice.. felt a little fancy but it wasn’t..the prices on the menu were great.. and they gave us amazing rolls.. the pizza was wood fired and it was sooooooo good. I am a pizza snob so I was impressed.. and let’s talk about the char fired wings..omg.. first of all these wings had meat on them yes meat… a lot of places give u a scrap of meat per wing.. and the flavor!!! I would love to go back and try the riggies.. if it wasn’t for the 50 min ride so I have to find a reason to go to Fulton maybe do a holiday event..

This restaurant was perfection in every way. The owner and staff were the best we have ever experienced. Friendly, accommodating, attentive and professional. The menu had something for everyone. The food was so full of amazing flavor and cooked to perfection. There were 6 of us in our party and we all had something different with every one of us enjoying all of our meals. The atmosphere was warm and cozy like Sunday meals with your family. The place itself is very clean, perfectly decorated and just a wonderful home like feel. We will definitely be back. 150% recommend this dining experience! Thank you so much for accommodating us.

We called and spoke to someone and asked if we could make reservations they said yes and they would save a table we got there on time and walked in and spoke to someone she then asked somone about it and they were rude and said we don’t make reservation we said we called and spoke to someone they said well we’re full (they were not) they were just rude do not recommend
