Went to dinner with the family and got cold fries and raw quarter pounders. Sent the fries and the 2 quarter pounders back got one done and the other one raw again. Asked for a reimbursement of my quarter pounder got my money back for the sandwich. But the snickering and the rudeness of the staff. I will not be a customer at this store again after this experience.

Like others have said: food came out totally wrong!! I guess being able to read and follow directions is no longer a requirement or priority for getting a job at McDonald's. It's happening at 95% of the McDonald's not just this one. But this one totally won the award for the biggest screwed up order. Order was made completely opposite of what I ordered. I placed a complaint with Corporate online and if I hear nothing I'll be calling too!! I get it it's not a 5 star restaurant chain but people are still spending hard earned money and should be able to get their order correct!!

I go to this McDonald’s every now and then because it’s cheap. Sometimes, it’s fairly busy and I can understand it, as I have worked in food for the past 3-4 years, including this McDonald’s a few years ago. Customer service here is absolutely horrible. When there’s even 4 cars in the drive thru, the employees are always in a mood. Especially the employee, Penny, who is only in a good mood if it’s dead. At the end of the day, I don’t care and move on, but this is just getting ridiculous.

Have been going to Fulton McDonald's for years and it has really gone down hill. Got food from drive thru and could not hear or understand the person working. I got home and my burger was disgusting. The sandwich was thrown together half raw and both sides of the bread were completely saturated with grease to the point of being soggy, even the cardboard box was saturated. It cost over 20$ for the meal and I fed it to my dog who was reluctant to eat it
Wife went here today got the number 7 and came home for lunch and ended up with food poisoning guess calling the health department tomorrow

Go to fulton mcdonald’s if you want raw quarter pounders. This is absolutely disgusting it takes 90 seconds to cook them so why are they raw? Called and complained they said their “grill is not leveled” so you’re just feeding your customers raw burger? Trying to poison your customers? Don’t worry mcdonalds i’ll finish cooking it myself.

🤮 absolutely love getting home and biting into a raw burger, not rare, raw. Their excuse? The grill isn’t level, d’faq?! Get it level then and quit trying to make people ill by serving raw meat! My microwave finished the job, I guess….see pic below……still frickin mooooving!
