Do NOT go to this McDonald's in Fulton NY. They have terrible service and they brag about it. Took my family there and they could not get our order to us in less than an hour so we left after canceling.

Slow, and made 25 people pull into the reserve lanes to wait even longer. Took 30 minutes to get one sandwich and coffee. Insane. Will avoid this place forever

Was told to wait in the 2nd lane and never came back to take my order. Other lane had 4 vehicles ordered and only responded again once I switched lanes and waited 15min.

Went to dinner with the family and got cold fries and raw quarter pounders. Sent the fries and the 2 quarter pounders back got one done and the other one raw again. Asked for a reimbursement of my quarter pounder got my money back for the sandwich. But the snickering and the rudeness of the staff. I will not be a customer at this store again after this experience.

Like others have said: food came out totally wrong!! I guess being able to read and follow directions is no longer a requirement or priority for getting a job at McDonald's. It's happening at 95% of the McDonald's not just this one. But this one totally won the award for the biggest screwed up order. Order was made completely opposite of what I ordered. I placed a complaint with Corporate online and if I hear nothing I'll be calling too!! I get it it's not a 5 star restaurant chain but people are still spending hard earned money and should be able to get their order correct!!

I go to this McDonald’s every now and then because it’s cheap. Sometimes, it’s fairly busy and I can understand it, as I have worked in food for the past 3-4 years, including this McDonald’s a few years ago. Customer service here is absolutely horrible. When there’s even 4 cars in the drive thru, the employees are always in a mood. Especially the employee, Penny, who is only in a good mood if it’s dead. At the end of the day, I don’t care and move on, but this is just getting ridiculous.
