We usually have a good experience here but occasionally the frozen custard tastes a little off. Unfortunately, tonight was one of those times. Both the chocolate/peanut-butter and the pumpkin soft serve tasted quite tangy. Not necessarily bad, but almost like you’re eating cheesecake filling. The consistency was thicker than normal as well. Not sure if the mix was off or what. Anyway, not trying to complain, but rather hope they’ll use this honest feedback to improve their quality.

Parking: It isn't what's special about the parking it's the fact that it's a Drive-In ice cream place
Wheelchair accessibility: If you park you can certainly take a wheelchair out and get ice cream

Loved this little gem! Started with some food and it was great! Bacon burger, Cheese curds and nachos all amazing bar food! Drinks were tasty, strong and cheap! They also had arcade games, bowling, mini golf and the ice cream was so fresh and tasty!

Brought my seven year old daughter to Scoops for ice cream last week in the evening as we have always enjoyed their ice cream and frequent there often. I am not one to complain, however, we will never be back due to the rude and unprofessional behavior by the staff. When we arrived, there was no line and waited at the window to order our ice cream for five minutes as there were multiple girls working and completely ignored us. They were messing around, SWEARING at the top of their lungs and gossiping about other girls. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE for my daughter to hear and witness at an ice cream stand. Once we were finally acknowledged, a very rude employee (didn't get her name but she had reddish/brown hair and glasses) took our order and again, we waited for what seemed like ten minutes as we watched her make our ice creams while still gossiping and swearing in front of my daughter. I asked to speak to a manager and this same rude employee told me that one was not available. I was not going to leave a review but I am still upset by this experience and I will never be back or bring my daughter to an establishment that employs such rude teenage girls. Come on Scoops, you can do better than this. Thankfully, there are many other ice cream stands that my daughter and I can go to.

Scoops has the BEST vanilla custard and hot fudge sundaes! The staff is friendly and efficient in making our orders. Highly recommend the drive to Fulton to have their custard and sundaes.
