Service bad ordered American club with American cheese . Got no cheese they was out of mayo and did not say anything they had no ice and at 1 pm they had no meatballs corporate has really dropped the ball in this nasty place.
Waited in line for 15-20 minutes for her to come back and tell me “she’ll be right with me” while no one else was in line. I continued to wait another 5 minutes for her to either make an order or make someone else food I honestly have no idea what she was doing. I always wait a ridiculous amount of time at this location, put a monitor outback so you can see when people walk up. Not that hard. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stood at counter for 10 mints 2 girls working never said welcome to subway can you please hold on we are making subs ignore us as we were not there then finally help my wife as we paid she never said thank you just have a nice day need to be retrain on customer service skills

Place an order online for pick up. When I got there 20minutes later the 2 subs weren’t even started and there was no line. When I got to the counter I asked if my 2 subs I ordered 20mins ago were ready and the lady started giving me attitude so I started giving it back to her. Then the person continued to tell other customers she didn’t take her bipolar meds and when I came in giving her attitude so she is mad. Very unprofessional.
Used doordash tonight.
Meatball marinara. Lacked sauce, bread was burnt, no cheese at all. Worst sub I've had from Subway
Black forest was heavily toasted when we never asked for it to be toasted.
The churro tasted like it had freezer burn and 0 flavor.

No service for 8 customers.We all walked away. The girl kept sweeping. The boy was on the phone with someone and the girl said, "sorry somethings going on in the back " AKA, you're not important. The boy was working hard and she was barely working! I'll never return to SubWay if they're working every again.

1person on,rude had an hour lunch break didn't have only 10 minutes to eat. Ordered the protein bowl BMT w/ bacon and provolone cheese didn't get either.. other bowl was black forest ham with provolone cheese again no cheese. Person making salad said oh that's weird. Would not fix

I paid for extra cheese and extra bacon oil and mayonnaise they never put the oil on my sub and was definitely not extra anything I ordered baked lays they wasn't delivered with the subs either called SUBWAY 10 times to get credit and they never answered the phone Absolutely ridiculous
They never have nothing need get there stuff together or just close there doors
Asked for pepperjack and got white American cheese instead, when I walked up to the counter I was told the first time that it was correct bc of the red in the sandwich but it was either from the sauce or the skin from the tomato. Then, was told that pepper jack is just white American cheese with peppers in it, I had to walk away bc I’m not trying to cause a scene I just wanted the correct cheese.

Tried calling for 20 minutes and the phone is off the hook... how is this professional in any way shape or form! Not to mention the the Subway in the tractor supply plaza is run by the same people AND CLOSED 20 MINUTES EARLY! How are you guys still in business!?
I placed an online order dit wasnt ready when it got there. Also it was wrong. I think they gave me someone else's order. And I tried to tell the girl it didnt look right and she wouldn't acknowledge me. I tired to call the store and it keeps saying busy. I just wanted my order made right. 3 out of 7 subs were wrong. I had to order 3 of my kids a diiferent meal because their sandwiches were wrong and they didnt want to eat what was made. I am very I happy. I just wanted them to replace the 3 they messed up. And its the next day and still they wont answer the phones to make it right. Not so great service.
