Don’t ever ask for drinks while dinning in…I got my food and waited for my two Baja blast and waited and waited my kids were done eating and nothing over 10 mins for a drink makes no sense will not be going back to this location

This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app and they just close due to low staffing but there’s 2 people that were there at 1 am, do they really need more than 2 people at that hour? Ashton was the manager, they’re always just on there phones and then miss items they suck

This place is supposed to close at 2:00am and they always close early it’s mad annoying especially when u place a order on line and can’t get your food and have to wait for your money to go back to your card and driving all the way there using gas for no reason so if u want food from here I would suggest that u get food no later then 10:00

Gotta be the worst experience I have had at a taco bell. 2nd time in a row missing food. Was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. And the nachos were just in the bag. 10 for 10 dont recommend

Went here at 8:00 oclock on sunday night 5 hours before close, the staff was very very unprofessional and RUDEEEEEE! they let me sit at the speaker waiting to order food for over 15 minutes saying hello. Then i proceed to go to the window to order there where i was AGAIN BLANTLY IGNORED, staff walked by multiple times looked at me spoke in a circle to each other looks at me more and still ignores me, the manager did absolutely nothing and then a girl writes on a piece of paper CLOSED sticks it on to the drive thru window never once opened the window to apologize for closing so early and ignoring me for so long. poor management, terrible staff. learn some customer service. and if you don't like your job go somewhere else where you don't have to deal with people! disgusting! they also ignored everyone in line behind me!

02/02/2025 the night crew decided to close 5 hours early and just ignore everyone in line. Disgusting customer service, if there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected that.

Today was not a good experience. A friend said that I should try the grilled cheese steak burrito. All I have to say is, if you don't ask for a "flaming" burrito, you shouldn't give someone one. It was awful, and not everyone likes their insides to be on fire.

Also, I would like to note that the associate was not as cheerful as they typically are. I don't know if that mattered much and had anything to do with my insides melting. Everyone has bad days, I suppose.

They suck. Never answer. They close the lobby hours early! They forget half your order and then you have to fight with customer service to get it fixed. Garbage. Absolute garbage. Drive to oswego to Cicero if you want taco bell!

Another experience where we were missing multiple items from our order. I think additional training needs to be done on ensuring all items are in the bag. With food prices being so high it is an inconvenience for both the restaurant and the customer to not receive what is paid for. Maybe a better system for checking multiple times would help. This consistently happens from this location and it is frustrating.

PISSED. To begin with, the lady made me REPEAT the order TWICE , heard me loud and clear, but asked for a repeat just to confirm the order. MY ORDER IS WRONG, things are forgotten. It was NOT busy. I was the only one in line. It’s not a hard job to do.

Kristen Mcler was a very rude when taking my order. She gave a lot of attitude when I asked for no tomato’s and tried to change my order. When I went up to the window and expressed how it was rude she laughed in my face and shit the window. Very poor service.
