Worst customer service ordered on the app 30min prior still had to wait another 40min for my food. Got 5min down the road and the order was completely wrong couldn't go back only get a 1hr lunch. Management really needs make a change at this location.

This is what they gave me for the crunch wrap I ordered. They also forgot something else I ordered, so I had to go back inside and wait for another 15 minutes just to have it remade wrong. It seems like each time we go here, it takes at least a half an hour to get our food.

Every time I order from there, they mess up my food crunch wraps are always loosely wrapped not grilled all the way there’s a timer on the grill for a reason keep them on until it beeps. Teach or retrain your employees how to properly and tightly wrap a crunch wrap so as soon as you take the wrapper out of the bag, it’s not already falling all apart inside. When somebody has modification, you need to follow the modification there’s a screen right in front of your face that tells what the specifics are in order to meet the customers needs to ensure they are satisfied after every meal. As well as ensuring every ingredient is properly spread through items to ensure every flavor in every bite. Don’t just plop a huge pile of jalapeños in the center of a crunch wrap and then grill it for five seconds. How would you feel if that’s how you got your lunch pretty frustrating right. Wasn’t even good. Shame. Also, when someone says that they want nacho cheese in place for the three blend cheese on the gordita crunch it’s pretty specific even that was messed up like come on.

I drive for doordash and this restaurant makes it impossible due to low staffing. They continuously have their dining room closed so you can't go in and pick up orders and have to wait in their long drive-thru line. It took 20 minutes just to get through the drive-thru line yesterday and when you're working by an order that's paying you like $5. It's wasting your time and your money. This is not the first time that the inside lobby has been closed either. It's been numerous times this past week.

Currently have been in line for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES. I’ve never waited this long for fast food in my entire life. If Stevie Wonder himself isn’t at the window working alone when I finally get there, imma be real mad.

I ordered my food to go through the app. My food was prepared to order, but it was sloppy: food falling out of the taco shell, falls in your lap when you unwrap it, cheese melted to the wrapper instead of on the taco, that sort of thing. All the crunchy taco shells were stale and were crumbling to pieces when we tried to eat them. My order was ready on time and it was packaged well when I picked it up. I will probably drive the extra 10 miles and go to the store in Oswego if I want Taco Bell again, they do a better job and seem to care about the product they give out to customers.

Sat in the drive through for 24 minutes before having my order taken. Only 4 cars in front of me. Seems like a big issue with management if it takes this long for a $4 burrito

I previously left a less-than-positive review for this Taco Bell location, but I want to take a moment to recognize the clear improvements that have been made since then.

Today, I observed an exceptionally high volume of orders—8 cars in the drive-thru, approximately 15 customers inside (mostly DoorDash orders), and a visibly understaffed team working under intense pressure. Despite the overwhelming demand and limited manpower, the staff handled the rush impressively. My order was 100% accurate, and I witnessed the team moving quickly and efficiently to meet everyone’s needs.

This locaiton is crucial for this area. Fulton does not have many places to eat and a lot of people have 0 transportation, which leads to an increase in door dash orders. It’s also clear the employees are doing their best with the resources they have. That said, it’s evident they need more support. The current staff is doing an incredible job, but they’re stretched thin.
