We walked in around 8:45pm, maybe 10–15 minutes before 9. It was both of our first times there and we didn’t realize the kitchen closed at 9 since Google says they’re open until midnight.
After a few minutes, a woman who I assume was a waitress came up front and greeted us. I said hello and she immediately told us the kitchen closes at 9. I said “Oh, Google says midnight, I didn’t realize.” I was acknowledging the mistake, but she immediately got defensive and said “Well let me finish” while putting her hand up. Then she said we could still order food.
Her tone and attitude were already off putting, so I said “Nuh uh, we’re all set.” She responded with more attitude, saying she was just trying to tell us, again putting her hand up and saying Google hasn’t been accurate. I told her she didn’t need to be rude about it, and she immediately accused me of yelling when I walked in, which never happened. I’m naturally loud and energetic, but I was not being aggressive or hostile.
At that point the situation escalated into an argument. She gave what felt like a fake apology and I told her she should be sorry, and she responded with “Not to you though.” Completely unprofessional. I’ll admit that out of frustration I did end up calling her a name before leaving, which I’m not proud of, but the situation had already become very hostile and uncomfortable.
My date had just moved to Oswego a few weeks ago for work and we were trying to find nice spots in the area. Unfortunately this place will not be one of them.
We ended up going to Texas Roadhouse in Oswego instead and it was a complete 180 experience. Our waitress was amazing. They close at 10 but we were never rushed, and even the supervisor stopped by our table to check on us and ask about our experience.
Total opposite of what we experienced in Fulton.

March madness .25c wings make sure you read the fine print it’s only if you sit at the bar which the waitress did not say when my table ordered 20 wings. Not to mention the menu on their website is out of date so ordered something off there expecting those items and nope 33$ dollar fish meal with 1 haddock 3 shrimp and a crab cake. This place is not worth your time.

First time going i thought the salad bar was un a terrible spot lots of traffic in and out and u pass by the salad bar was okword saying excuse me walking as I passed people in a small space between me & the salad bar and rhe person that was getting food. The food on the salad bar was great it's just the place were it is .

Food took forever to come out had the Cajun pasta it didn't tastily Cajun it was more like a plate of butter, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon was disappointed.

A great local tavern, that serves great homemade food :-) great atmosphere and personnel!!
If your questioning trying this place don’t they are nothing like you are used to. You have found a hidden gem if you eat there. I have been in food industry years ago and feel that I have seen it all but these guys are 100% real deal. From the person seating you to the outstanding waitress. They come together like a true team. They also have one of the best salad bars I have been to in quite sometime. The homemade bread is perfect! My wife and I went here with our daughter and everything could not have been any better. We drive from 20 minutes away and will continue.

Took over an hour to get our food in a half crowed restaurant. Ordered then 30min later came told us that they were out of prime rib. Found the restaurant to be disorganized. Did find the Delmonico very tasty on a positive note.
