The meal and atmosphere was amazing. Had a nice little table for four next to a window. Had a beautiful view of the water and locks. Staff was super friendly. Even though our lady was training a new person, everything went well. Can't wait to stop back again. 🙂

We waited for our dinner o er an hour. Both haddock dinner were tasteless. Boston haddock was supposed to be baked with bread crumbs and cheese. Barely there and was an after thought.

Great place on Oswego River to have lunch or dinner... Barroom dining room and another room to have small groups or just to sit and have lunch or dinner... They also have tables outside overlooking Oswego River... Food menu has a nice variety the food is very good and it's fairly reasonably priced.... Sorry no pictures...

We did not have the chance to eat here, we arrived after the kitchen closed and did not know it. But the staff was wonderful and called around to several different local places to find one that could still seat us. Next time I am in the area I will be sure to visit for a meal and a few drinks.

I want to start with My waitress I think her name was Cheyenne she was amazing from seating our family and through out our whole experience I came with my wife and three daughters last week and we sat on the deck the waitress was extremely attentive and had a positive attitude while we juggled our children who are very hyper active stayed on top of getting our refills the bar was quick even though it seemed busy we got our drinks quickly the food came out fresh hot and definitely seemed homemade will be returning today for dinner

Our waitress was lovely. On the spot and just very good. The food was just not good. Rotten salad and cucumbers on the salad bar. Made me not want to try anything with mayo based like the pasta or potato salad. Baked haddock looked like it was stepped on. Scallops were orange-ish gray, and shrimp was overcooked. Prime rib and delmonico way over cooked. Water glasses were dirty. Spoon from the salad bar had dried on gunk. For what we paid, such a disappointment. Definitely will not return. Such a shame.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I spent over $100 here, and the food was truly disappointing. The mashed potatoes tasted sour and seemed spoiled they even smelled off. My boyfriend's steak didn't taste fresh at all and had the texture of something that was microwaved. While the service and atmosphere were decent, the quality of the food completely ruined the experience. I've already told my friends not to waste their money here.

Stopped for a late lunch (@1:30pm) on a Wednesday and only one server at that hour. She was very good, juggling the few diners, bar patrons, and a lunch party downstairs. Food was made in-house, fresh, delicious and sizable portions. The decor and furnishings were dated and well-worn. Go here for great food and service, not atmosphere.

I have now officially left this restaurant twice before even being offered a beverage by that wait staff. After 15 minutes of waiting, not even a hello. What a shame! This used to be a great place for a decent meal! Now it's a reminder that all things change.

Ordered and picked our food up this time. We all had burgers. My son had half an onion on his burger- bigger than the burger. All in one piece, looked like a whole onion was chopped in half then placed on the bun. My bourbon burger had very little sauce on it, lots of onions, mine were cut into lg spheres though. We enjoyed the food last time we dined in- but twice with pickup orders we were not impressed.
