Ordered on the kiosk because no one was at the counter. We were completely ignored for 10 minutes even after someone came out and just hoped our food was being prepared. The staff person was not friendly when she was forced to ask us what we wanted in our coffee.

went there today i was craving fries and ketchup. go to the speaker all was okay the person didn't sound happy to be there sounded like a robot every-time she asked if that was it . got to the food window. no greeting ,didn't tell me my total . Wendy's always has people wait forever people always seem to be rude there . the fries sucked today but the sandwich was good and ketchup was amazing thanks ! my host was healy . 🙂

I am a dasher, these other ones put all the drinks on the counter wasn't in a carrier. So I grabbed a carrier and I was wiping up all the soda that was overflowing the top of one of the sodas, Natalie, she goes all out shows great customer service by handing me another sticker and gave me a bigger bad to put everything in. Thank you Natalie you didnt go unnoticed

Went to Wendy’s and ordered a cheesy cheddar burger. What we got was not our order. They gave us a frozen hamburger patty and it was awful. I don’t recommend going here. The person that took my order was rude and incredibly unprofessional. Please fix this immediately. Wendy’s you need to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was in there a little after 6 pm on 10/11/25, waited 30 minutes on a kiosk order (no receipt given) Watched numerous people end up leaving. The staff was incredibly rude and inattentive to the line at the register. I ended up leaving without even getting a refund as I couldn't even get anyone's attention long enough to do THAT. Will never be going back there.

It's been many many years since I've been to Wendy's and apparently the hamburger patties are no longer hot and juicy off the grill. They were not hot just warm. Disappointed ☹️

The lady behind the counter reminded me of Miss trunchbull from Matilda literally evil and gave no customer service was extremely rude and didn't care about her quality of service Wendy's has gone downhill at least the food was okay
