while going to get coffee at 1pm there where no cars parked in the parking lot. service was very slow in the drive thru. after I had placed the order, pulled up to the window no one had come to the window for about 5 mins, it took two people making 2 iced coffees. the women at the register was very rude did not say anything just put her hand out for my money. I had asked her what the total was because it did not come up on the screen. she said "I dont know what every that says"...read full review
Both last week and the week before the staff is no where to be found? Customers come in and walk back and forth trying to find staff, make noise and get someone’s attention to be waited on. They are open till 10 but throw all of the food away at 8:30? When mt friends and I arrived at the shop a staff member was sitting on the counter texting on her phone.
