I called to confirm if they're open on Thanksgiving day. Someone said they're open ALL DAY. when we got there at 5pm they were close!!!

Came here last night with two kids and a winter concert. Then a mob of school kids joined! There was 1 guy working behind the counter. He was very professional and he handled the situation so well! He was the only person serving about 30 kids! My kids ordered 2 scoops with some toppings! They thoroughly enjoyed! This is a nice casual place with a few seats, perfect for after dinner dessert if you are local!

Place is filthy! So disgusting. Even when I brought it to the attention of the employees they wouldn’t clean a table.

Unfortunately, I experienced poor customer service at the Williston Park Carvel location, the female manager failed to accommodate me after they had used stale sprinkles. There used to be this friendly male manager who'd always take care of you in any way, so will be going to this location from now on (Garden City Park) next to Lidl. This time tried the strawberry flavor soft-serve, it was delicious! The server was nice, but in a rush, she dispensed such a small amount on my cone, it was pretty frumpy. I was going to say something about the amount on my cone because for a small plop, I was paying $3.09 plus tax! Inside was okay, basic clean, but nothing to rave about.I hope that Carvel brings back Carvelite in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors. Nonetheless, everything was super fresh, smooth and tasted delicious!

They were out of whip cream and they said we can only put 2 toppings on buy 1 get one sundae and the owner refused to give alternative topping since one wasn’t available. She was rude and disrespected me in front of other customers.
It seems new people are running this store now. The previous people were courteous, remembered our order and always had smiles on their faces. They sometimes had a problem keeping the freezers cold enough, but after our experience last night, that's not too bad! At about 7:05 pm on a Friday, they only had enough cherry vanilla for one cup. No apology or anything. The girl was going to give us the second cup only half filled! She had a real attitude and kept muttering under her breath. We asked to be called by the manager/owner - don't know if that will happen. May have to find another place for our ice cream fix...

Went there tonight around 9:50pm while walking up to the door I saw an employee running up to lock it. The big issue here is the sign in the window says closes at 10:30pm and the girl whose was inside yelled out to me they are only open till 10pm and we ALWAYS close at 9:55!!!

Drove 30 minutes here with my family to get ice cream. Got there 45 minutes before closing. Two young girls working the counter on a Saturday night. They told us they had already cleaned the machines and we couldn't get soft serve. Beyond lazy. Avoid this location.

Customer service is great. We visit almost every week and they remember our order. I always get the hard cherry vanilla. The amount of cherries varies greatly - sometimes I feel like I am eating vanilla ice cream! And they need to increase the coldness of their freezers. Tonight it was 61 degrees and the ice cream was melting in the bag! Unacceptable. This has been a recurring problem for the past several years. It needs to be fixed permanently.
