Came here last night with two kids and a winter concert. Then a mob of school kids joined! There was 1 guy working behind the counter. He was very professional and he handled the situation so well! He was the only person serving about 30 kids! My kids ordered 2 scoops with some toppings! They thoroughly enjoyed! This is a nice casual place with a few seats, perfect for after dinner dessert if you are local!

Unfortunately, I experienced poor customer service at the Williston Park Carvel location, the female manager failed to accommodate me after they had used stale sprinkles. There used to be this friendly male manager who'd always take care of you in any way, so will be going to this location from now on (Garden City Park) next to Lidl. Love this location! The owner and her family do a very good job of running this place. The place is clean and it feels very welcoming. We love their Wednesday deal— buy one small sundae get one free
