Uhhhh, it’s carvel, of course it’s amazing in every way!!! Love it there, yummy and the staff is great. The owner is such a nice person... we love him.
First, I want to start by saying this Carvel location is one of the best. I have been coming here for many years and travel here from Queens. Staff, the cleanliness and selection are on point. However, today I had to give only 3 stars because of a staff member. Around 3pm I came in to take advantage of the buy one get one free sundae. Pre-Ordered a cake. 1/2 mint chip 1/2 chocolate and extra crunchies. Got vanilla instead of chocolate, and barely any crunchies! Phone person should actually care about taking order correctly!

Some inconsistencies in scooped ice cream sizes are noted, and there's a suggestion to avoid price hikes, especially for the large ice cream cake. Overall, a great place to enjoy a Sundae with hard vanilla or soft serve, served by polite and professional staff.
