The best decision my husband and I made today was that u-turn on Jericho Turnpike, cause if not for that, we wouldn’t have seen the sign for their coffee and walked into what might be the best shop in the neighbourhood.

We each got an iced Nutella cappuccino. I wish I took a photo of our coffees, but it was SO GOOD OMG we couldn’t even get the car started before downing the whole thing. We literally parked at the Extra Storage a few blocks down so we could finish it.

Immaculate store-vibes aside, everyone we spoke to was so sweet and kind. We really didn’t expect the level of hospitality since it’s our first time here, but the folks there made us feel right at home.

Sansone is the best. We go regularly do the sandwiches, deli counter, and pizza. But we also get catering from there and it’s world class. Can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the food and the service as well.

Weekly visits to this place. Great selection for all Italian needs. I go here for fresh bread and sandwiches mainly. Big favorite is the snack box that has good olives, cold cuts, cheese and mixed nuts. Wonderful clean place

I came here with my son today after his Dr. Appt. which is nearby. He loved the Cannolis. Definitely recommend 👍

A little corner of Italy right here on the island . Great cheeses and dry meats section, and Italian cold cuts. Can't find better anywhere else

It’s got some stuff that is great and authentic, but this place was better when they were just a warehouse with stuff you could buy at a discount. Now they have inflated the prices of everything and it has lost a lot of what made it great. I buy stuff there much less frequently than I used to.

Great old Sansone. I realize the retail store is only so big. If they had a way to order other goods they sell for pickup, that would be cool. I miss the wall of olive oils and rarer pasta shapes.

My husband and I just split the chicken pesto sandwich and it was delicious . The latte and cappuccino were made so well . Thank you

Excellent pizza, good undercarriage, not too much flop. Kind of like if Neapolitan and New York style had a baby. Crust is thin with a good crispy to chewy ratio. Much better than most pizza you’ll find on the island. Would normally have to go to Brooklyn for this level of pizza.

This place is the real deal. They treated me like family. Food was great. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Everything is delicious from here. Mt go to spot for all italian groceries.
