AWFUL AWFUL STAY AWAY!!! HAIRY FOOD! My friend told me not to pick this place for lunch and grabbed something else, because when she went in the past she found hair in her food I think multiple times. I did not listen. I wanted veggies they had veggies. $18 for VEGETABLES WITH A HAIR IN IT! The customer service was NONEXISTENT too! Worst worst worst worst! If thats the kind of thing you into check these guys out, otherwise STAY AWAY

Chicken all had bones or tendons on it. Not edible. So much rice…. Hardly any chicken. Servers are rude and pushy. Way overpriced.

Deserves a 0 star. Portions continue to get smaller and smaller and prices up and up. Horrible customer services! The Portion they started to serve for the spaghetti was half of the usual. I left the order there and left. Not returning again. Headed over to Sarku.

Customer 1: The food was way too overpriced for how stale and chewy it was, we asked for 2 small drinks and they charged us for 2 large drinks. Customer 2: They definitely overcharged my kids because they were young.Customer 3: Customer services were horrible. Food was really greasy. They need to add sizes

Honestly I regretted paying for this food the moment I saw how much chicken they put in. Taste wise it’s not bad, it’s mid. but they skimmed out in the meat. I paid $15 for a couple bites of chicken. I asked if they can put more for the amount I paid and they put one extra piece of chicken. If I wasn’t hungry I would have just left the food without paying. 2/10

This place actually deserves negative stars if that was a thing! I found a piece of metal in my food and their approach to my complain was horrible. The manager wasn’t courteous or apologetic at all and would agree to refund only one out of the two plates. He was extremely rude-never going there again !!!

Rude people working there felt rushed like I know it’s a down the line kind of service but you don’t need to be ducking rude about it

Racist workers speaking badly in Spanish because they think you don’t understand them but I do. Stereotypers and the lemonade tastes like water.

Way overpriced for the quality and quantity. I paid with my card, but the cashier said it did not go through cause a receipt didn't print out. Even though there was a charge showing on my card, they said it did not go through and made me pay again. That charge did not disappear, so I ended up paying twice for trash.STAY FAR FAR AWAY

This place is a scam. Charges way too much for the quality and quantity they give. I paid with my card but the cashier was saying that it never went through. I showed them I had a charge on my card but they insisted that it would disappear and that I have to pay again. That charge in fact did not go away, so I ended up having to pay twice for this trash. Stay as far away as possible

The rice was overcooked, and some of the chicken had bones! Also overpriced ($14).

Got the spicy garlic tofu and paid $15 for like 5 pieces of tofu and a whole bunch of peppers and onions with chow mein noodles. I still felt hungry after eating this meal and was unsatisfied. I regret trying this place..

Absolutely a disgrace to serve food that has discolored and dried out rather than the fresher food that sits in the back of the trays. If you ask for the fresher food, the servers (and manager) give you a nasty look. The portions are extremely small---maybe that's a good thing! And the prices??? Ridiculously high for what one gets. Leave the Mall and go to a real Asian restaurant. You will only be disappointed by Asian Chao on food, service, quality, and quantity. Roosevelt Field Mall needs to rethink their food venders...especially, this one!
