I came here this afternoon thinking I could get a pretzel made without butter upon request as the website mentions, but I was led to disappoint today. I have a dairy allergy and the workers here refused my service request.When I asked if I could get a fresh batch, the lady who was talking to me said yes. But she then turned around to ask her co workers in Spanish if they could do that and they shook their head no. She then tells me no. And said it would be a long wait. I said I don't mind waiting. All the workers looked at each other and said something in Spanish and they finally said no again and that "there's butter in everything."I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing..

There was a little wait in the line but the wait was worth it. I had ordered the original Pretzel and it was so tasty and freshly made. I like that they do allow you to use the rewards app for collecting points. The cashier lady was so nice and respectful. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.

There's two auntie Anne's in the mall. The ome across from Victoria secrets, none of the employees change their gloves, handle money, cards, touch them sleeves etc. and keep the same glove to give you your pretzel. Absolutely disgusting especially during a pandemic

Tried this location after the horrible experience we had at the location in Green Acres mall. What a huge difference I must say day and night. The customer service was super friendly and assisted me in using my coupon aswell. We bought mini plain pretzel and cinnamon pretzel what great quality. I would definitely recommend this location.

I love my Auntie Ann's Hot Dog bites it is lunch time and no hotdog bites or hotdog pretzels are ready... But 4 people are working behind the counter at 12:15 on Friday with no hotdog bites or even pretzel dogs ready really pissed me off. Someone is not managing their time correctly. A 12 minute wait girl bye. I am on my lunch break I don't have time to waste.
Experience: I guess i'll be sticking with the first floor Auntie Anne's Pretzels in the future. I came here because I wanted to grab a pretzel on the way out to the car (I was parked upstairs). I had walked by the Auntie Anne's pretzel stand while shopping and came back after Chick-fil-a. I absolutely love Auntie Anne's Pretzels and have their app. The only places I go to with Auntie Anne's Prezels is Tanger Outlet, the Sands Mall, and Roosevelt Field mall. Of course I had to get a pretzel before leaving here! I had a coupon on their app for my birthday. I went at night and the girl who was working just stared at me and kept scrolling on her phone and waited for someone else in the back to come out and take my order. Eventually, I was helped, but she wasn't friendly either. I let my friend go first and then I ordered a plain pretzel. I was told that the barcode scanner didn't work for the coupon on my app. Service is just as important as the quality of the food! I enjoyed the pretzel, but i'll be visiting the other location next time. Recommend? : No.

I love Auntie Anne's but I was very disappointed with the Auntie Anne's on the second floor. 1st floor is terrific and always tastes great. I went upstairs a couple of days ago and it was horrible. I had requested the butter and salt flavor. Literally no butter and it tasted like just a blub of flour....horrible. Plus the girl behind the counter was clueless and very unsociable. Stay away from the Auntie Annes upstairs. What a waste of $6 plus.

Their cinnamon cookies are delicious. My kids love them. They also give out any sample for free which is very nice of them and a great way to try out a cookie or a pretzel before committing. The staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating and the lines move fast. We always come back, and this vendor is always a staple at any mall. Two thumbs up!

Visited yesterday evening, around 8:15, and received an undercooked pretzel. Went back to the counter after one bit and was met with two employees with the WORST attitude. Both argued with me and refused to replace the pretzel. I won't be back.
