I love this place!!! I've been going a lot lately and trying new things but still getting a side of the meatballs. Those are sooo good. I've tried the two different burgers and the bowls. Try everything once from there!

My husband and I visited your Garden City location at around 5:15 pm on Sunday, February 9th, 2020. We were greatly underwhelmed and disappointed with the customer service that we received from your male and female staff. The female staff member, Trinity D was rude when she mistakenly didn't charge us for, or give us fries that we asked for. She was however more reasonable than the male staff member who was obnoxious and rude the entire time we spent at your restaurant. Unfortunately I do not have his name. He was loud, used profane language and very unprofessional while preparing our food. We ended up ordering two boxes of fries. The female staff member brought our fries to our table the first time after mistakingly leaving it off our first order. We then ordered a second box and the male staff tried to make us get up from our seats stating, "there you go" while quickly walking away aggressively. Their passive aggressive behavior and response to our requests made us feel extremely uncomfortable. This will be our first and last time patronizing at this restaurant. And it's a shame because the food was wonderful. There was also a reward app where if downloaded, we would get a free side. This wasn't mentioned to us. These two staff members apparently didn't want to work and it showed.

Food is decent but the customer service is terrible. My wife and I will never eat at this particular location again. I advise this company to do a thorough training on customer service etiquette. Evening staff cook (male) is extremely loud and uses profane language a lot. He basically threw our food at us when it was done. Female staff Trinity D. doesn't know how to follow directions and is extremely passive aggressive. Other than that, the beet burger is decent and the fries are really good. Too bad we won't be coming back to this location!

I work in the area and love coming here for lunch. They have all healthy options. Staff is extremely nice and the place is always clean. I always get their turkey burger and baked sweet potato fries - which is delicious. Their eggplant meatball salad is very good too! Highly recommend this place for a quick lunch pick up.
I have never been to this place before but OMG was the food delicious and the service spectacular! I would definitely recommend and definitely will be going back!

This is one of my favorite spots in garden City. It's spacious and the food is good. Plus the staff is always helpful. It tends to be empty which I don't get. Try the eggplant meatballs. If you ever get the chicken Caesar substitute the lettuce for kale.

Came here to get a protein shake. Place was completely empty and there was no one in the front to assist me. I had to walk to the back to get someone to notice me otherwise I would have been standing there forever. The workers were wearing headphones and not paying attention. Ordered the mocha protein shake and it tasted literally like mud. I drink protein shakes all the time and this is the worst shake I’ve had in my life. Would not recommend. Not coming back again due to the service and awful shake.

Had the Zucchini noodles and eggplant meatballs (mock spagetti and meatballs) which were amazing! Delicious and satisfying. Yum!
