Extremely frustrating. I placed an order online for delivery and paid for expedited shipping. Not only did the expedited delivery arrive three days late, but the package was hot, damp, damaged, and the cupcakes were somewhat melted. Nobody has gotten back to me yet from the company, despite repeated calls, and I would warn anyone from ordering from this company.

Nyasia was so lovely , she helped pick out a perfect PYF for my birthday today. She was so patient with me as it was such a hard decision because you guys have so many great flavors. Thank you Nyasia for being so kind and making my experience so nice!! I appreciate you, because of you I will be purchasing again when I come back to the mall. You are amazing! The only reason why I wanted to buy cupcakes was because the gift bag on display was appealing. The birthday gift bag was $3.00. However, customer service is HORRIBLE. I was attended by Nyasia C. on 3/25/23 at 2:15 PM. She was astonishingly rude and literally threw the bag at me. First time buying. Never ever buying again. Owner should know. Hire better staff. Especially people who are willingly to give good customer service (there are people out there). Business is definitely lost when having poor employees.

Every place has lifted the mandate. It’s not even a store it’s a kiosk and they’re giving me that much trouble.Point is don’t help me without a mask and then deny me service when I go there again. I’ll be more than happy to go to another place that’s going to take MY money.

I got the vegan cupcakes for my birthday. They weren't the best but they also weren't the worst I've had. It was just okay. I like how they had many kinds but the flavors just didn't do it for me, the chocolate and strawberry were one of the better ones.
