There were more toppings than actual açaí, which makes no sense with their pricing. Toppings usually cost more than açaí itself. Too much coconut and granola - which made it taste really dry in my mouth when mixed with the little amount of açaí given. Their customer service isn’t great either - the two girls have no sense of how to greet customers and make them feel welcome. They were laughing about something and when I looked down at them from looking at the menu, they immediately stopped. Obviously these kind of things make people uncomfortable. Baya Bar - please check on your staff so they can learn basic etiquette and please fix the ratio of açaí to toppings esp for the price. Thanks!

I've enjoyed this place plenty, but after such bad interactions with the staff, I can't bring myself to return. Very unfortunate because the owner is genuinely kind but the staff is not very gracious and is often unfriendly

Kind, patient staff that makes mean smoothies and bowls. My first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised. Plan on going regularly. Get the large bowls. The small ones may leave you wanting more! Highly recommend.

We ordered different bowls including Coconut, Acai, and Pitaya and this place was the absolute worst. There was very little of the base at the bottom and it was mostly covered with Granola, Honey and Coconut flakes. All the ingredients were pre-made and it tasted down right awful. It is hard to believe, someone can actually screw up making an these bowls but they certainly pulled it off. Next time I'm in this type of situation in any establishment, I'm going to just return it and ask for my money back.

I've been going to baya bar for a few months now, but after my most recent visit, I don't want to go there any more. I was in a haste when I contacted the store for a third avenue because I work in the city, and when I went to pick up my order, there was only one person working which was a boy with blond hair who had his gloves on and was not taking my order that I had called in advance. As a result, I missed the train. I adore the friendliness of Baya Bar, but I won't co-sign skipping my train to work in exchange for an acai bowl that I pre-ordered.

Response : I am sure that I know where I go especially that I live in Garden City I’m not going to be going to any other location when there’s one right in my area. The description is accurate and I feel as though my experience is being invalidated.

LITERALLY THE BEST AÇAÍ AND SMOOTHIE PLACE IN LONG ISLAND. This place has made my expectations high. Every time I ago to a different place I am disappointed. EVERYONE MUST TRY IT!!!!
